3/13/25 My favorite gas station not only in Citrus heights but also in Roseville. I am driving twice daily from Roseville to Florin and I found out this is the best price, even in compare to other Quick stops. It’s pretty cool to use cash, debit or credit is the same price, regular is $3.99 today.”

“This review is for the customer service! I came here for the first time the other night looking for where I can fill up air in my tires. It was raining and I just needed to get to one fast as I've been having a tire issue for the week. Thankfully I saw this place on my way home. It's a large gas station and the air/water pump area is in the middle, farthest from the gas pumps, and north facing towards the AMPM store. I walked over and the guy working there (didn't get his name) was kind enough to help by turning on the air machine for me. I easily put air in my pesky tire without issue. Now that I know of this place off San Juan, I'll be frequenting it more. Thanks AMPM!”

“Shout out to the very busy staff of the the food court. I went on a half hour before closing to pick up pizzas for my kids for dinner. Even with a malfunctioning ice cream machine and usual 466347 customers orders to process, the staff were quick, courteous and even apologetic for supposedly longer wait times. They all do a fantastic job, especially Michael! Keep up the great work!”
“I had a pleasant time in that store there was a lady also giving out coupons for $5 off a pack of Newport cigarettes so I bought two packs and they only cost me $18 I was excited about that I love their Slurpees and their hot wings store was very clean and they had two registers open because people were in there a good experience and it's right off the freeway easy access.”

I choose to go to them for the price and the friendliness, older guy who I'm guessing is the owner always addresses me and say what's up boss or boss man and always appreciate that for some reason.”

There is going above and beyond, and then there is the service I received.
I visited this 7-Eleven for the first time at around midnight. My phone was dead, I was tired, I was lost, and I was anxious. I went into the 7-Eleven to buy a phone charger. The cashier who greeted me(who I wish I got the name of, she deserves a raise. She has a lot of piercings if that helps get her the credit she deserves) gave me directions to get home, let me use her phone to look at directions, and offered to charge my phone for a bit for me. But more than any of that, she was a friendly face in an otherwise daunting situation. And at the end of the day, the behaviors and simple kind gestures of this attendant restored some of my faith in humanity.”

“I live a few blocks away and this is my go to place. The guys who work here are awesome! They have a superb selection of drinks (both alcoholic and non alcoholic), snacks, almost any last min items you need to grab on the way home(milk, eggs, bread, etc), cool miscellaneous items up by the register (candles, hats, shades, random kid toys) and excellent prices on tobacco products! We Love this place!”
“Just gassed up here. Place is clean, has good selection in their little store, and bright/helpful employees. Was buying a Gatorade and must’ve just zoned out on the sign but she mentioned I could get 2 more for $1….which I would’ve done had I known and which she didn’t have to mention at all and simply “done her job”. Other lady working there not only randomly said hi(friendly service) but when she saw there were 3 of us in line, she immediately jumped in and started up the other register. It wasn’t like it was a massive line of any kind and no one would’ve faulted her for NOT doing it, which makes it more awesome that she did. Wonderfully run establishment ?”

“AMPM is a great spot to stop for snacks, drinks, and gas. Watch out for card skimmers on the pumps, though. I recommend going inside and paying with cash or a card if necessary. It's becoming more and more popular to put card skimmers on the pumps that steal all your card info so it can be cloned and used by scammers/carders. Sometimes, the employees are even in on it, too.”
“I love these Eleven stores in the most convenient locations. On the way, I immediately get a hot burger, sausage, very tasty hot slices of pizza, coffee and gingerbread to go with it. There are also many other dry feeds, necessary medicines. There used to be a machine here in the corner on the left at the entrance, where it was very convenient not to disturb anyone, from which cash would pop out at the moment when I needed it. There are also carbonated drinks. Several times I bought a hat in winter and a neck collar when it was cold outside, good gloves, since the hands are closed from the outside. The atmosphere here is friendly, that's why I already feel at home, I come here with pleasure, walk through the rows and choose, because nowhere else is the service so fast, they try to help, whatever is necessary. To be honest, I don't know any of their names.”

——————— Not sure why it took me over 25 years to purchase tires at Costco. Prices are unbeatable when including road hazard warranty, nitrogen, & TPMS, plus substantial rebates; but time is valuable too. Always doublecheck the Costco website during a holiday such as Labor Day of 2025, because the staff aren’t privy to one day sale information. It saved me an additional couple hundred dollars on my purchase. Had a few hiccups with my install and Manager - Edwin, along with his staff made it right. Try to book early morning appointments for service, otherwise, plan to leave your vehicle in upwards of three hours even with an appointment. It’s Costco and you know they’re always busy, so plan ahead. Unable to utilize this waiting time for my regular shopping inside the store, because perishable items may spoil before vehicle is ready for pickup and there isn’t much else to do in that shopping center.
The service techs are great and work hard, but understaffed. The same guys working the bays are constantly having to run inside, where shoppers are inquiring about new tires, flats, and batteries. It took me a few visits before a customer pointed out a doorbell for service inside the tire store, located near their register and requires better signage. Costco does not install batteries or do wheel alignments, nor anything else besides wheels. They really try hard to accommodate everyone and Costco needs to have a dedicated person working there directly with customers inside the store, but corporate must be aware of their obvious shortfalls based on reviews. It’s interesting how Costco makes it near impossible and impersonal to get a job with their stores, yet they obviously need more employees. Less coupons for average items each now marked up $4-8 more in their main store, immediately following COVID a few years ago and memberships close to double in price. Yet, their sales have soared, never missing a beat during/ following the pandemic.”

All good.. Employees are fine, store is clean. My only issue is the computer is messed up out in the gas pump area. The pump #s are messed up and I have to go inside for any cash transaction..”
