“I always go to Staples and use the print center to print and laminate for work. I was on a time crunch today, tried the normal location I usually go to and, unfortunately they were too busy. I came to this location and the guy who helped me was very nice and told me he could get the job done by end of day. I called a little over an hour before close and was told the job wasn't even started and that they had 24 hrs to finish the job. I explained that is not what was told to me at the time of placing the order earlier that day. Jacob on the phone made it right and told me I could come in and they would get it done by close. I came in and Isaiah was working very hard to get my order done. He was working very hard, what looked like, by himself. I appreciate him for working hard and get my order done!”

I called before heading out because I had a recent bad experience at another local print shop, and didn't want to waste any more time. Bill answered my numerous questions patiently over the phone and was a gracious host while I worked with his graphic designer, Chris, in person.And not only did they take the time to properly proof my project with me live, they also spent time teaching me how to set up my document using the InDesign presets so that the PDF export created a seamless look for booklet binding.
