“The personal service from Noah was outstanding. My son going into his 4th year of cross country running needed his feet scanned. This was the first year he needed an insert to help stabilize his gait. So we were very pleased when everything was explained and we picked out new shoes a brand that my son had not tried. I literally looked all over the country for one since there were no dealers close to me here in Kentucky. Other dealers who had them said they would only ship them by air. Jaime answered all of my (many) questions by email and phone. I got a very reasonable price on a new (previous year’s) model. Shipping from CA to KY is not cheap but Jaime worked it out for me to get a more reasonable shipping rate! My board arrived at the terminal in perfect condition . Excellent packaging. “I can’t say enough good things about EDC Specialites. Rob and Devil Dog are high quality good people and have been more than kind and helpful to me.It’s an experience to go to the shop and if you haven’t been, go!! The first time I walked into the shop, Rob dropped what he was doing and gave me a tour and showed me around and answered all my questions.They do what they say they will do which is rare these days unfortunately.Devil dog is always available to answer any questions as well and knows his stuff.He put a great edge on my 187DP.The Medford Pro shop is amazing and the knife lounge is a lot of fun.I love supporting businesses like this owned by Americans that sell USA made products.Go and bring your friends!!!Kyle”

The owner knows what they are doing and has always found me fantastic shoes that are so comfortable to wear and that last against the extreme punishment I put them through since I am on my feet 40 hours a week for work. “They have very knowledgeable workers. I like that the workers actually play tennis and know what they are talking about. Prices are a little high, but they match online competitor prices. That has saved us a lot of money. I really like their demo program. It's a $40 deposit and you can try out 3 rackets for the month. The $40 goes towards a purchase.”

“I recently used the Pickleball paddle rental program where you checkout 3 paddles at a time over a period of 30 days for a deposit of $40 (plus tax); the deposit is a credit if you purchase a paddle from them within a year. I must have gone back at least 5 times to exchange out paddles. The staff was gracious, knowledgeable, and helped me refine my search where I purchased a great paddle for my style of play. One week after purchase, the manufacturer discounted my model. I called the store and they refunded me to the discounted price. If you are looking for a new Pickleball paddle, I would highly recommend you go to the store.!”

“We needed wide shoes for the kiddos and we shopped here for my children who loved the shoes and how they felt on feet. We grabbed 4 pairs of shoes and went back the next day to snag another pair we saw. They have a good variety of wide sizes for children. We got a good deal on the shoes as well they had some special going on for 4th of July weekend. It’s to bad the deals aren’t always available because shoes can get expensive. We spent around $350 for 5 pairs of shoes if they didn’t have the deals I would have been over $500 so I’m definitely grateful.”
“I just wanted to respond to the review regarding the service given by Joel at Frank’s pro shop. I was the customer that was came back into the store when Mr. Sill was in the shop. The reason why a sign was left on the door was because Joel went out of his way to go get additional Vise interchangeable thumb inserts for my 6 bowling balls because he only had 2 in stock. That to me is providing customer service. Joel stated that it would take approximately 30 minutes so I just went next door to the Round Table pizza for a bite to eat. I came back approximately 40 minutes later and the customer was in the store at that time. As I walked to the counter I heard Joel say in a professional manner that he had to help me first because I was there first. I feel that the review Mr. Sill left was just his way of trying to get back at him. I showed up at a good time, there was no one in the store at the time so Joel said he could do the work on all of the balls for me that day which he did. I would definitely go back and recommend others to give the shop a try.”

“Very reasonable pricing on most things. Every employee there is helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. With the exception of Melonie. She acted like a manager so maybe she was. You can tell me I'm lying to you and you can't give me a military discount, even though the past 6 times I've shopped here (this week!) & every clerk has given it to me. I understand, even if I don't like it. But don't try to charge me more the posted price of the thing I'm buying, it's not legal. I wouldn't have a problem w it, honest mistake & all, but not apologizing & acting like you are doing me a favor to charge me the posted price is just bad customer service. I am giving a 5 star review because maybe I caught you on a bad day. You work in customer service. Maybe remember that.”
