“A month ago I purchased the turntable of my (financially feasible) dreams from Upscale Audio. I was expecting the usual online ordering experience. These folks went out of their way. I was a first-time customer so I received a very polite call from Dylan to confirm my information and - much to my surprise - to offer free setup and testing before shipping!! I also received follow-up emails with images and instructions that were most helpful once the turntable arrived. They were even kind enough to delay shipping so it would arrive when I could sign for it. Overall exemplary experience and I cannot recommend these folks enough. I will definitely be getting ahold of Dylan when I decide to upgrade and indulge in other high-quality components. Many thanks and many kudos -J”

“It's Best Buy. I found deals, but I'm familiar with the store. If I would have needed help in finding something there was none. Maybe a lot focused more on security, idk, but I got a chance to roam the floor and find other deals that I wasn't shopping for with no interference.”

“I was lucky enough to meet David as I was looking for someone able to handle an electric drainage problem which was killing my battery on a 2003 MB C320 6cyl. 2 shops had told me it was the battery and alternator which was wrong. I took it to David the owner and asked what he thought. He said he would run tests. He started right away and called me about 3 hours later. He had finally found the issue (he is also an experienced European car guy) and was ready to start. He figured 3-4 hrs to do the "work around". Called me after 2 hours stating "its ready". He knew I needed it to meet client and get a contract signed and made the special effort. Since he fixed it, the car running so much smoother and never has any issues on starting. FYI my agents dad had one exactly the same and never could get it fixed after 5 different shops worked on it. He finally gave it away for parts. Thank you David!!!!! Tons of great deals on Best Buy returns, most open box which means people unpacked the product and then realized it was not what they thought they had bought. If you're looking for electronics or appliances and want a good deal but aren't sure what would fit your needs, this is where you want to go.”

“I can't say enough about how good the customer service was when contacting Antop! I recently put a metal roof on my house which caused my TV antenna to stop working. I sent the company an email with a couple of my questions and got an immediate reply. The Antop agent located (approximate) my house from my phone number and told me how to aim the antenna and how far the transmission towers are from me.During our correspondence the agent sent me two more very comprehensive emails. I now can clearly pick up 109 TV stations.A great company with a great product!”

Lily was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain all the terms and options without any pressure. She made sure I understood everything and answered every question thoroughly. From the moment we arrived, the representative who took our name was upfront and candid about the long wait time, which I really appreciated. Even with the wait, the service was absolutely worth it.
Andrew, the manager, was also fantastic. He helped transition a total of three lines and assisted with the data transfer, which can be a long and tedious process. He stayed engaged, supportive, and made sure everything was completed smoothly.
