“I found this place through a google and it’s review.My car issue: I jumped another person’s car and the cables were put incorrectly.after this I smelt burnt wire and my radio wasn’t working but at least it turned onI had another person check it out for me and they said that I will need to replace the whole fuse box. “This is by far the best 7 Eleven, I have ever been to. I think I have a total of 4 with in a 2 mile radius of my home. The friendliest staff I have ever met and the added bonus of actually engaging with customers, taking the time to memorize customer’s names is just amazing. “Walked in to get help transferring apps and data from my old phone to the new phone. The first guy who helped me didn't take time to understand my reservations or concerns. He just barreled through the process without consulting me. I expressed my frustration and he just disconnected everything and said he was going to get someone else to help me and walked away. Trust me, that experience was enough to make me put a 1 star on this review. But the manager did his due diligence to try and understand and make me happy. He listened to my concerns about the previous rep as well as my phone. He took the time to explain the processes and give his opinion about the different products I was working with. He was helpful.”

“Went here the other day as a result of another 711 Lottery machine being down close by. The guy at the front counter was really cool. Was able to get my Lottery tickets and a free Blueberry slurpee. The store was clean and I was in and out really quick. I was also able to fill up the gas tank at this 711 and received a 24 cents per gallon discount on my 711 app as well as having it connected to my Gas Buddy. Will definitely come back to this 711 more often!”

“I like this 711. The people working here are friendly. The store is stocked and clean when I've came in. I've only used the soda machine once in 2 years so I cant comment on that. I dont buy the items on that grill so I can not comment on the food. The customer service is great. The people are always welcoming. The store definitely has its regular customers that appear to be happy as well. I've seen the workers here hard at work all the time. Even short staffed they still greet me with a pleasant attitude while Stocking, working the counter and cleaning. It's a convenience store. What more can I say”

“I have been coming here on and off since it opened. I remember it being one of the first couple of places (if not the actual first) to open in this center. It is so close to the Claremont Colleges that I know the students would be glad they are here. Every time I come here, it's just grab an item or two for food and/or snack and go. Mostly the occasional yummy Slurpee! This was the case today. Most of the workers are generally pretty nice and helpful. The store usually seems to be decently clean. Like all 711 stores, this store just has that outside look even from far away that says...hey come inside and grab something good! My little treat here after a big meal elsewhere in the center capped off an even better day! I will be back around to this 711 for future visits!”
