“I was lucky enough to meet David as I was looking for someone able to handle an electric drainage problem which was killing my battery on a 2003 MB C320 6cyl. 2 shops had told me it was the battery and alternator which was wrong. I took it to David the owner and asked what he thought. He said he would run tests. He started right away and called me about 3 hours later. He had finally found the issue (he is also an experienced European car guy) and was ready to start. He figured 3-4 hrs to do the "work around". Called me after 2 hours stating "its ready". He knew I needed it to meet client and get a contract signed and made the special effort. Since he fixed it, the car running so much smoother and never has any issues on starting. FYI my agents dad had one exactly the same and never could get it fixed after 5 different shops worked on it. He finally gave it away for parts. Thank you David!!!!! “Came in with a severely shattered screen on my iPad. This was a major problem as I have all my work stored on it and needed it fixed asap. He took it in and though he was quite unsure about the ability for a quick fix, he went above and beyond to get this back in top working condition before the end of the day. He thouroghly explained the damage and showed me the steps it took to repair it, even providing pics to help me understand it. Top notch service and Joseph is the man if you want your electronics fixed right the first time”

“The gentleman that rang me up was very polite and helpful. I just wish 7-11's would get on board with California's EBT hot food program. We can go to fast food and sit down dining places and use EBT SNAP benefits but we still can't get two slices of hot pizza... You have to order a whole pizza cold, pay for it with SNAP, THEN they can cook it for you, which follows the CA EBT SNAP guidelines. Individual slices? No can do. ☹️”

“Went here the other day as a result of another 711 Lottery machine being down close by. The guy at the front counter was really cool. Was able to get my Lottery tickets and a free Blueberry slurpee. The store was clean and I was in and out really quick. I was also able to fill up the gas tank at this 711 and received a 24 cents per gallon discount on my 711 app as well as having it connected to my Gas Buddy. Will definitely come back to this 711 more often!”

“I like this 711. The people working here are friendly. The store is stocked and clean when I've came in. I've only used the soda machine once in 2 years so I cant comment on that. I dont buy the items on that grill so I can not comment on the food. The customer service is great. The people are always welcoming. The store definitely has its regular customers that appear to be happy as well. I've seen the workers here hard at work all the time. Even short staffed they still greet me with a pleasant attitude while Stocking, working the counter and cleaning. It's a convenience store. What more can I say”
