“I want to give a huge shoutout to the team and manager at this location. The store was extremely organized and the layout was wonderful! it made shopping such a smooth and enjoyable experience. I was honestly impressed! I even picked up an amazing hair oil that I normally would have overlooked, but it was so easy to spot thanks to the way products were displayed. You can really tell how much effort the staff puts into keeping things neat and customer-friendly. I really hope customers respect and help keep it this way. Great job!”

“You can visit them instead of Macy, they have all brand even jewelry and makeup, good quality products, stuff friendly, prices not bad and for home decorating they are great. They have a beautiful selection for that. Kids and infants collection is great. I love it because huge parking lot and good entertainment in Sierra Vista mall.”
“Ross stores have never been clean ones... but they are cheap ones. This location has the friendliest staff I've seen locally, and a better-than-average selection at most times. You just need to get lucky, which is the case for pretty much all of these stores. I like this Ross location a good deal, and also the deals themselves!

“I went to Target only because I had a terrible, awful, ridiculous customer service experience at Home Depot.
When I went in to check out Target's in-stock mini-refrigerators, I found pretty much what I needed, but wanted some more information. So I turned the corner, and found not one but TWO employees! (Try doing THAT in a Home Depot!)
They both greeted me, and the one with a radio and headset asked me if she could help. She called Nick to the Appliances Department, stayed until he showed up, explained to him what we needed, and right then I decided Target would get my money.
Nick brought a flatbed dolly, lifted the fridge onto it, rolled it to the shortest line, and while we were paying he fetched a reflective vest because he was going to bring it to our car and make sure we got it stowed securely.
500 out of 5 stars. I even wrote a letter to the Store Manager, thanking them for having such excellent personnel.”

“I love going to Nordstrom Rack. I always find unique items to buy and try on. At one time I was known as the "Nordstrom Queen" lol! Great selections to pick from. Typically I buy Nordstrom items online!”

“Had a great experience on Friday. Had to pick up a few things for the weekend and found everything on my list. Was not looking forward to using the regular check out but I had wine in my cart, however the checker was very efficient and it only took me about 5 minutes to check out.”
“Checking it out and I need to get a few things. Of course, bought more than planned! Desks everywhere! Safe, clean and practiced. Very organized and easy to find what you need and then some! LOL. Impressed! Bought corn on the cobs, crispy jalapeños, eggs, spice cake mix, pumpkin pure, flamin hot Cheetos Mac N Cheese singles, black beans, Asian medley, Haribo berries, strawberry Atkins shakes and peanut butter Atkins cookies. They had everything, plus more! =) Self checkout after that and super simple! Great store! Highly recommended!”
