“Came here for the RV dump station. We have a 30ft travel trailer. Driving in was really tight fit because of the concrete on both sides. Driving trailer coming in through Barstow wheels did go up on the curb. We did try adjusting but too tight. Next time we will come in through Clovis Ave. going north. Staff was very nice he happened to be on lunch so he had the closed sign up. He saw me so opened up so I can pay and grab the key from him. He also offered me some gloves. No fresh water and honestly I didn’t ask because we didn’t need any and I didn’t want to bother him. I already appreciated the help while closed.”

“Valero Gas Stations have usually been descent to deal with. The Store for this is sort of hidden because its not a very big store, but the Gas pumps do stand out well, if you're not driving too fast on Nees street. Customer service is very simple here and there's usually a line. There's not much parking in front, it fills up fast and there's lots of small stores next to this gas station, but there is more parking that's between the gas pumps and the Gym on other side. Gas prices are about the same as the other Brands throughout the city. They're still high. Looks like there's more neighbourhood building up north signal lights may take longer to change so Fowler Street may get more popular. So guess what, that means getting stuck more in traffic at the lights, also the one at Shepherd Street. Btway, while I was on Fowler Street, Ive witnessed both Lady drivers in white Lexus and Audis 4 doors Cars wishing to go possibly 60 MPH down Fowler, wishing to speed up on other drivers when drivers in front have to slow down to get to there neighbourhoods. Ladies if you think your being cool, well your being self-absorbed and your going to annoy someone. They have Egos. Crossovers(vehicles) do this often too. Don't get into an accident. Drive safe. “Went in for a quick top off on a road trip and ended up staying for like 10 minutes becuase the guy inside was so nice. He was super patient and even pointed out which pump didnt have the card reader issue this week. Stuff was clean for a gas station, not sticky or anything which is nice. after filling up i grabbed a coffee and it was surprisingly hot and fresh, definately better than the usual station stuff. everything worked fine and i got in and out smooth. its a solid spot, i would definately stop again if im passing thru Clovis.”

They have most of what I need, except for when I'm looking to make some super authentic ethnic food.The employees are polite and friendly. On the rare occasion that I need help, they are eager to provide assistance. On the even rarer occasion that I spill something checking out, they laugh it off without making me feel like an idiot.I like the fact that they continue to make improvements. Before the pandemic they installed an olive bar. They've adjusted it due to COVID. I swear that five years ago they only had like three meats available at the deli. Now they have at least ten.Produce is consistently good. A few times I have brought home expired dairy items. Something to be aware of. Prices seem to be good too. It's smart to take advantage of their sales and use the Vons app to add deals to capitalize on the gas discount.”

“City Heart Food Mart is less than a block of Old Town Clovis. Since there wasn't a nearby ARCO/AMPM I would always get my gas here ever since the ARCO off the 99 and Olive (would be the cheapest) but the safety was concern - I won't get into that but I felt safer near my neighborhood in Clovis for the most part. Anywho, I would come here regularly if I couldn't get to my favorite stations. For the location, this was the cheapest but present it's $4.23 or more per gallon when I drove past on 08/31/21. The gas station itself only has 4 pumps which is very small. Each time I would come in the staff would be friendly they really don't talk much but very polite and will say Thank you or have a nice day. They have your typical food items here like junk, sodas and snacks. My older niece loves coming to this location as they have her favorite treats here. They have lotto, scratcher and alcohol. Never had a bad experience here. Hoping gas prices will drop after Labor Day so I can come back! Very convenient location for me. Only place where I can get Gas under my 15 minute break and make it back home with a few minutes to spare! Definitely no complaints there. It's by the post office in Clovis and Old Town Clovis so sometimes this place can get busy!”

“This JohnnyQuick gas station is right by the freeway. There's a big parking lot in the back with small stores on each side plus a McDonald's like you see in the picture. This area is always packed with cars / trucks. Some people use the parking as a park and rest. Johnny Quicks customer service is easy, the employees are always talking amongst themselves but they'll notice you and help you out and are nice. One complaint I do have is traffic out here leading to the gas station, on any of the roads heading East is that white guys in the big king cabs trucks think they're above everyone else driving. They can be big jerks creeping up on people rather than taking a free open lane or they'll try to drag race you if two lane when there's an obvious red light coming up. White guys towards lady drivers in cars or smaller trucks seem prejudice out here. Guys many years back used to be helpful in traffic or pulling a trailer helping out, but now it's all Ego and just possessive on the roads. In additions to stores out here, I'm surprised there's not a Taco Bell out here.”
