“Actually showed up to wrong Darrels location trailer full in tow wasent a problem what so ever found me a couple of units to choose from they were very accommodating especially just showing up as i did nice people couldn't of asked for better service .”

The gentleman there, Steve, always goes in length to explain the details especially about safety and follow through with you about them! Because I have a food truck, I did need some accommodations and Steve was happy to accommodate me even though he did not have to!
Their new containers are the best at Derrel's because no dust can come inside the units! My appliances can go terribly bad if dust gets collected there but with those new units it is almost impossible to get dust in there! Which is the reason why I transferred my equipment from one Derrel's storage to this one since the other unit did not have a dust proof container!

“Great experience with Laura during our search for a 10x20 unit, and even better experience once we made it onsite to reserve it and get signed-up! The unit was clean and ready for us to move our stuff into. The only reason it's not 5-star is because there's NO onsite bathroom for the customers, only a port-o-potty, and though clean, the INTENSE heat inside while trying to use it was nearly enough to make us pass out (akin to being in a sauna with your clothes on)... quite UNBEARABLE! There should be NO REASON not to have a proper bathroom for customer use!Note: We were told the port-o-potty is cleaned every Thursday and we arrived on a Thursday afternoon.”
