“I have never Banked with Bank of America but after getting horrible costumer service at Wells Fargo (Coachella Branch) my wife and I decided to call and make an appointment to open a business Checking account. The receptionist was really helpful and polite, she was able to book us for the same day. Like usual we showed 10 minutes early for the appointment, and to our surprise (after being stood-up @ Wells Fargo) Leonela Barajas was already waiting for us by her office. She made the experience enjoyable. We were treated with respect and like wanted costumers. I highly recommend this bank to current and future business owners.”
