professionalism with the most positive attitude ever.. now thats what puts a smile on my face every time.. not to mention the young man named Jonathan Rodriguez as well when these 2 work together its like 2 peas in a pod with sunshine of brightness.. always accommodating
me to the best possible due to my ADA.. excellent customer service.. the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate.
In past years I have stayed at different hotel's and nothing beats this hotel.
Now I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere other than date tree hotel best western..
The only thing that needs improvement, in my opinion, is the breakfast time due to our work hours other than that..5 stars thank you Elizabeth Jones and Jonathan Rodriguez for always providing excellent customer service and being there for your customers you are appreciated..”

“My husband and I stayed here for Thanksgiving.
This hotel is actually pretty nice. It’s very clean and the beds and comfortable.
I have a few minor complaints.
First, the lights in the hotel room are incredibly bright and irritating. Softer lighting would work much better.
Second, the breakfast buffet is terrible. If you are just wanting cereal, toast, oatmeal, it’s fine.
As for the scrambled eggs, potatoes, and meats, that was the awful part.
They put carnitas meat on the buffet at 6am which had such a horrible smell that it made the whole hotel stink.
The eggs were disgusting. There was no amount of salt and pepper that made it taste any better.
Luckily, there are other breakfast options outside the hotel.
Third, it would be nice if this hotel had EV charging since a lot of people drive electric vehicles now.
With that being said, I would still return to this hotel in the future.”

“Overall I had a positive and relaxing experience. The grounds are immaculate, room was beautiful and clean, staff were friendly and mostly attentive. I enjoyed taking movement classes with Greta at the fitness center and spending time by the adult pool.
The one hiccup we ran into was accessibility. This is an old and historic property so it may not be in total ADA compliance. I came along with my partner who had a work event. My partner was on crutches and had a hard time navigating the spread out property. The friendly resort staff were willing to drive her via golf cart to all of her meetings. She ran into some challenges getting ahold of the front desk staff at busier times but ultimately was able to get around with their help. She also noted that none of the doors were automated, which also posed a challenge. I look forward to returning to this resort when we are both back on our feet.”
“THIS HOTEL IA ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! CLEAN A/C WORKS VERY WELL, BREAKFAST IS FULL FILLING. STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY! THEY EVEN HAVE A SPECIAL PLACE FOR YOUR DOG TO RUN AROUND AND PLAY .I JUST LOVE IT!!”

“Thank you Embassy Suites, La Quinta. Gina at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. The complementary happy hour and breakfast really added to the stay. Although the food at happy hour could possibly be a bit more. The best serving was with the grilled vegetables vs. raw vegetables. The room was so lovely - clean and well appointed. I'll definitely be staying with Embassy again!”

“Very clean and nice accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen and huge fridge. Comfortable beds, bathroom with enough space. The room has enough space and even has an electric chimney.
Air-condition and ceiling fans available.
Also a washing machine and a dryer is available in the room and free of charge.
Door secured by code, nice and clean pool with sunbeds and umbrellas secured by fence and door with key (only accessible for residents of the apartment).
Many parking places available.
Highly recommended and definitely again!”

“I stayed here a night after attending a local concert. I was delighted to see how clean it was. How easy checking in was. And how close we were to venue. The breakfast was excellent, etc. And the only reason I am taking away a star is because I left behind some clothes, by accident of course. And the employee failed to report the items to their lost and found log. I never received a call about it, so when I called to ask about it, they said there was no report about it on file. Now mind you it was clothes, nothing irreplaceable or valuable and it still wasn't logged. So imagine leaving behind a nice piece of jewelry. As a courtesy to the clients, it would be nice to receive a call back and a mention of the items left behind. But just saying it's not here, wasn't acceptable. I only stayed there, so items were left behind there. My daughter had a similar incident in a hotel in Cancun, leaving behind a gold necklace, not only did she get a call, but item was mailed to her. So yes I believe this could have been handled better. It's called customer service, and there's always
room for improvement. Just a thought.”

“Check-in was very easy. The staff was very nice. We had a 2 bedroom upstairs unit . I prefer upstairs because there isn't any stomping on your head. And that's anywhere. The unit was clean. There were a couple of minor issues. The dishwasher bottom rack was all janky. It didn't roll well. Also, the toilet. in the hallway bathroom kept running. I called and reported it. They sent someone to fix it. It started back up the next day. They sent someone out again. This time, the issue was cleared for good. There are 3 pools. 1 is adults only. A couple of the pillows needed to be replaced, which I'm sure they would have done if we had asked. The grounds were well maintained. There is a gym with the basics. They also have tennis courts. There is a game room and they show movies in the afternoon. We were still able to get a DVD player for our unit. You also have access to Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney, Hulu, and Roku.”

Food and drinks: POM restaurant was excellent so many great selections for dinner. You can go wrong they’re all perfectly prepared to perfection and the bar offers great selection for drinks. After that it’s time to hit the tables in the fantasy Springs Casino.”

The room was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with nice linens, and the shower was excellent. The location is convenient just a short drive to Palm Springs and Coachella. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay. We’d definitely stay here again!”

I really enjoyed my stay at Motel 6 Palm Desert in room 125. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcome—friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The location is ideal—close to restaurants, shopping, and all the beauty Palm Desert has to offer.
What stood out the most was the overall value. It’s affordable without sacrificing comfort, safety, or service. Everything felt easy, from parking to check-in, and I felt well taken care of during my time there.
I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend Motel 6 Palm Desert for anyone looking for a great place to stay at a great price!”

“Nicer casino hotel with more relaxing and clean pool area. Layout allows for more landscaping and better vibes than some of the others. Very cool rooftop bar with views and non smoking floors. Rooms are on nice side of average but nothing special .”
