“This isn’t CVS or Walgreens, Get over it!Very thoughtful and thorough Pharmacists and staff. I’ve received several calls to make sure my meds are on track. Sometimes there’s a slight inconvenience do to staffing , but I think they’re great!”

“I want to recognize Steven at the pharmacy counter for always being so pleasant and efficient in a world where customers can be so impatient and rude. Every single visit I have to the pharmacy Steven is friendly, helpful and always very efficient in getting all customers taken care of. I honestly dread when there is a long line and the person at the counter is not Steven…. It usually means it’s going to be a very slow process.

“This place is great I've always loved CVS this one is particularly great because it literally has tire marks skidded through their carpet from the burglar that tried to come in and still nothing I guess after he crashed into the store and did like a major u-turn on their carpet and crashed inside”
“When traveling to the Grass Valley area I had 3 sets of sutures needing removal. They were taken care of efficiently, dealing with out of state insurance can be problem but was handled without problems.”

Colfax Drug is not just any Pharmacy, it is a family of small town people. I have been with Aeneas and staff since the beginning. Recently we moved away from Colfax and I felt some sadness to have to transfer my and my families prescriptions to a chain store. I knew the store where they were being transferred to wouldn't be the same friendly warmth I looked forward to receiving. I knew the new Pharmacy wouldn't remember my name and that when I stood in line I would just be another nameless customer picking up my meds.
After I transferred my meds, I received a call from Aeneas and he told me he would still get my prescriptions to me and my family and we arranged an action plan and it is working. That is so rare in this day and age, I was impressed, amazed and I actually felt pretty special to recieve such loyalty from Colfax Drug. Colfax Drug Co takes care of their own and we are their own. It's not just a Pharmacy but warm friendly small town family that I am honored to be a part of.
