It took awhile before the problem was located and repaired. I commend Radley, Michael, and the Lexus team for putting in so much time and effort for fixing the problem. “2012 F350 DRW 4x4 towing 16k lbs. with death wobble. QUICK DIAGNOSIS and ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB on my front steering and advised me on repairs needed in the future. Repaired quickly and with no surprise costs. I just drove a route through hell the other day with 2 hours of the WORST potholes I've ever experienced. Didn't have a SINGLE issue! I would definitely come back here if I'm ever in the area.

Not only they helped me install a new catalytic converter ( I purchased it from O’Reilly’s and brought it in), but also fixed other related codes in two separate appointments (05/01-02, 05/15-16). I took my car for SMOG check and it passed on 05/18/26! I am happy to share with Google Review audiences, because I am so proud of their VW ( all models) and Audi ( A4, TT) expertise, exceptional care and service.”

“Alden and Matt were very helpful and straightforward with our purchase of this CPO Civic Hybrid. Not forceful at all when it comes to add-ons, and the deal was great.
My only complaint was that when we came to purchase the car, the glass needed to be replaced. And being a CPO I expected it to be OEM, but it was an aftermarket part. Considering it meets the specifications of OEM, I'll let it go.”

“Bought my Nissan kicks from Chevy had many issues they kept making me take it to them not helping me at all! Finally I took it to Nissan at Serramonte they did a fantastic job! Communication was great called me emailed and texted me through the whole process. They did my diagnostic within an hour and a half to two with videos and photos explaining what they found. Which was so helpful! Thanks to my advisor Mike! Nissan and Mike worked well with my warranty company I had coverage with . I Would definitely recommend taking your Nissan car here! “I’m writing this review because my partner and I had such a phenomenal experience working with a specific team member here, Jean. We came in to test drive and weren’t strongly considering purchasing a Tesla before, but both ended up purchasing because we had such a positive experience. We took close to 3 hours test driving different models and Jean explained and advised us on all of the differences, pros, and cons with full transparency. She was so patient and knowledgeable. As we were going through the delivery process, we texted her many questions and she always got back to us right away and helped make the process seamless. She always tried to get us the best deal and outcome and I trusted her opinion. After both of us bought teslas through her, my mom and partner’s dad will also purchase with her as well.
