He finished the repair quickly in an hour. He cleaned up very well and provided great instructions of how to take care of the windshield post installation. The final quote was cheaper than the bigger named companies. I recommend them if you need any windshield repairs.”

“2019 Ford Edge titanium with less than 65K miles, experiencing some weird slippage of the transmission. Took it to the ford dealer service department and was told it needed a new transmission to the cost of 15,000! I was told by friends to try to get a better deal elsewhere and called 4 other places who all told me my car was too new and the dealership was the only one who could fix it. Lastly a good friend of mine told me to try Johns Auto, and on a whim I called them. Rich was very kind on the phone but agreed I might need to get a new transmission if that is what ford was telling me, although he was shocked to be saying so as well. He agreed to take a look and while I was there he looked up the notes that might pertain to my car and low and behold there was a note regarding the issue I was experiencing. Ford Service never mentioned this. He said If I agreed he could give the "fix that was specified" a try and see if that worked. For $800.00 Rich and the team at John's seemed to have fixed my car! I drove home over 40 minutes with absolutely zero slipping or tugging of my car. For the first time my dog was not jerking back and forth as I drove, much to his delight! I was also planning on leaving my car over night but I'm a hospice nurse and got a late night patient so I needed my car tonight and the service tech came all the way back to the shop after hours to give me my car. This is an amazing car repair shop, I will not take my car anyplace else ever again and wont let my friends do so either. The honesty and integrity matched with the knowledge of the computerized cars of today cannot be beat, obviously. I am more than thankful. incredible.”
