“I've been using a mouse connected to a multi-pronged usb thingy on my Mac due to bad track-pad. The mouse would stop working on and off. Very frustrating. Yesterday, stopped by to find out cost of replacing bad trach-pad they explained around $300. One of the women working there came up with much less expensive fix $5. !!! Yup. Very, very helpful. Instead of this multi-pronged thing I was using she said try this single usb connection. And so far, so good. Thanks Actnet!”

“I still have no faith in Best Buy’s call center; however, JONATHAN from the Geek Squad renewed my faith in the Geek Squad. He was professional, very pleasant and had EMPATHY for my frustrations!! Plus, based on what I shared and what he could see, he was able to fix my television!
The Call Center (once again) got my issues wrong!! Last week, they sent out installers; didn’t need anything installed. This time, they told Jonathan that I had no power (wrong) and probably needed a part to repair the problem (wrong)!!
Smh…the call center agents are polite but they don’t LISTEN!!
