“Rocker recliner Chair was “delivered” at 6:17 pm to my 82 year old folks, but they couldn’t find it anywhere in front door area & even checked out by mail boxes at bottom of long paved driveway. Called EFW & they said dispatch delivered it to their front door even after explaining above again. I asked was it possible chair is still on truck & will be delivered next day? Told us no & to call target. Target actually opposite & agreed we should wait to see if it’s delivered within 48 hours & ti check neighbors for mis delivery in the meantime. Not at neighbors up & down street. Yet EFW sure enough delivered it next day (about 24 hrs later). Target (whom we bought chair with) was great go between for costumer service . Just wish EFW could have presented a more transparent process when communicating about the real time or actual “delivery” or allow their drivers to report reality of backups. It would help in the area of building client trust to know it’s late rather than think it’s lost or worse. We are pleased that EFW brought recliner chair inside & upstairs for 82 yr old folks (service we did not originally pay for), so they made up for the timeliness of delivery as folks were not prepared for the labor that day as they had been on the original expected delivery date. So alls good!”

“I’ve had a mailbox at this Postal Annex for a few years now, and I’ve always been super impressed with Morgan. She somehow knows every mailbox customer by name and face—it’s honestly amazing. I walk in and she’s already pulling out my mail before I even say anything.
Even when she’s the only one in the store and there’s a line, she handles it all like a champ. She stays calm, keeps things moving, and still finds a way to be super friendly and helpful to everyone. She’s super organized and just seems to have it all handled, no matter how busy it gets.
Morgan is a big reason I keep coming back. She makes the whole experience feel personal and efficient, and you can tell she really cares. She’s awesome! This place is lucky to have her!”

“I never thought I’d be blown away by customer service at a shipping store but was I ever! The most elite customer service hands down. I am moving across the country and brought in separate packaged boxes and it was going to cost over $600. The man who helped me found an extra large box to fit all of them, and used a tool to make the extra large box they were all in smaller to fit certain shipping requirements and brought the cost down to $300! While he was doing this he was extremely friendly and greeted other customers as they walked in. Very grateful!”

“I just went there today 8/8/25 to return an Amazon package. My order had UPS as the nearest option for me to return, I always return to Kohls if the option is available which has never failed me. I was very apprehensive at first due to the reviews regarding Amazon returns as well as my own experience with several packages a couple of years ago where Amazon never received the packages. The return was fairly quick. I was in and out in a minute. Guy in the counter scanned my phone and gave me my receipt. I will wait and see if my package really gets sent back to Amazon or if I need to change my review.”

Today, I visited for notary public services for an urgent financial document due tomorrow. The folks there provided EXCELLENT service w/ attention to details, and were gracious and professional. My form was 4 pages and it took some time to fill it out. They prepped their document, set up for notarizing, and patiently waited for me to finish for whenever I was ready. I paid the $15 standard notary fee. They have all kinds of services, like: UPS/Fedex delivery package holding, printing & copying, notarizing, shipping, mailbox leasing, etc. Check out their website, and visit this store on Geary nr 19th Av. and you'll see how much they could make your life easier.”

“At 3:30 p.m. on a Friday, I learned that the printer I had chosen could not do the job of printing a 240 Perfect Bound book (240 copies). I called Precise. The service they gave me was amazing. They picked up the specs for the job that afternoon, gave me an estimate on the next Monday. They gave me a sample book on Wednesday and they fit our book printing and mailing into their busy schedule. It is one week later and the job is entirely done! Meanwhile, they kept me informed in a professional and friendly way. I would recommend Precise to anyone. Ten stars!”

I received not only helpful (and speedy) assist of setting the document up, but after realizing the delivery timing would be tight, they called the store closest to the tournament allowing me to pivot the actual production to that store. The store manager is a gem. She went so above and beyond and in this day of corporate crap where people don't follow through, I would gladly bring my business here again in the future. “I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Neal Budge, the store manager at the FedEx on Colma Boulevard in Colma, CA.
I am currently going through IVF, and timely delivery of my fertility medications is absolutely critical—if I miss even a single morning injection, I would have to cancel my entire cycle. Unfortunately, my pharmacy scheduled the shipment incorrectly, and instead of arriving in the morning as needed, my package was set to arrive in the evening.
In a panic, I drove to the FedEx location in Colma, desperate to find a way to intercept my package. This is when Neal went above and beyond in a way that I will never forget. He didn’t just offer generic answers—he personally got on the phone, called multiple coordinators and managers, and did everything possible to ensure my medication reached me as soon as possible. He treated my situation with urgency, kindness, and genuine care.
