“I went in today to get some new shoes! I scheduled an appointment to get a fitting and everything. The 2 ladies working were a big help and super knowledgeable! They had me try on multiple shoes and run in them to see what pair was best for me and my body mechanics (they even recorded my stride to see how I ran)!
Ultimately, I walked out with 2 pairs of shoes, sunglasses and some guus!
I'll be going back when my shoes wear out and need some new ones! Thank you!”

I had gone to return some Air Maxes that had a bubble that was popped. He greeted me very nicely and helped me through the whole process.
I had asked if they had them in stock and he had said that the store typically doesn't have them in stock but still checked anyway. He then told me that he could have some shipped to my house, give me a refund to my card, or give me store credit.
I then ended up taking a look around and their back wall section has some great deals and selection. They also have a decent amount of deals on non-clearance shoes.
Great store and once again, shoutout to Alfonso!”

“This was my first experience at the Vans store in Redlands. At first impression, I noted how neat, well organized and clean the store is. In addition to shoes, backpacks and apparel were available for purchase.
I was shopping for a birthday gift and was unsure of the correct shoe size. I selected a size and was assured that exchanges could be made and that sufficient stock of all sizes were available in case a size exchange was needed.
The associates were very courteous and professional.
As it turns out, I did purchase the wrong size and as the store associate said it would be, the exchange was extremely simple with the gift receipt the store provided. Thank you Vans!”

“Came here today to get a guayabera for my upcoming wedding. We spoke to the owners daughter who was more than helpful. She showed me the different options, and materials. She was amazing. She made me and my fiancee feel like we were part of her family. My father in law has been coming her for a while. I am surprised that this establishment does not have any reviews. If you are looking for authentic Spanish western wear, or any type of Mexican clothing come here first. They even have an amazing selection of different styles of boots and shoes. I heard they even do some boot and shoe repair!”

She also told me that they had a sale going on until Tuesday. I told her I would be by the next day for it. I came in and said I called yesterday about the set in the window and fortunately I was talking 3 the nice associate who I spoke with over the phone. She told me they just sold the XL shirt and only had either a M and XXL. I asked if I get the M and it doesn't fit can the person I got it for bring it back? “Referred here by my coworkers to get our scrubs embroidered and they did not disappoint! I dropped it off at noon and was able to pick it up the very next day at noon! Turn around time was very quick and the earlier you bring them in the quicker they'll have it ready and done by. The owner was very friendly and helpful! They also have tons of selections from scrubs to scissors and badge accessories. I also wanted to embroider my Figs jacket with my credentials and they charge $6 for 1 line and $8 for 2 lines! Very affordable compared to paying $14+ for it from the Figs company. Will definitely come by in the future to get more embroidery done. They also have a discounted price for healthcare workers to have their scrub tops done.”
