“This place is a great place to buy work boots and accessories. Gary is awesome and today it was Rich. These guys have alot of good info when It comes to comfort for a working man's feet. They still measure your feet for best fit. I have been going here for at least 7 years. They dont just carry Red Wings they have a great selection. Well priced and very friendly. “Yo, all I do is find top place with top notch customer service and top quality. Now I have been into a vans store in a while to cop me something but I was at the Tyler mall the other day and decided to go the Vans store. The first manager a ran into Arija was mad dope. You’ll notice her because she stands out very easily. She greets everyone with respect and warm energy. Then when she went on break another lady Tabby came out who was very nice as well. They actually know how to speak to people. I didn’t get a chance to get the other workers names but I do plan to hand back to get a whole fit. Also to you’d be hard pressed to fine a place to beat there prices. And I know vans aren’t as big as they used to be when I was a kid but it looks like they are making a major come back. Some of the stuff I seen in here shocked me”

“The staff was helpful and friendly. I was looking for Levi 501's but they only have a very small selection, they are more of a Wrangler store. I like the way Wranglers fit but they wear out to quickly so I prefer Levi jeans”

“Had to return a pair of Hoka s , I had gotten a smaller size and gave it a try at home . Ended up returning and was pleasantly surprised to have been treated exceptionally well during return and after . Tried to get refund posted quicker than normal called Show City Corp.and was treated excellent. They actually got the funds released faster than the average.... And did a follow up call to see how things turned out I will buy all my tennis shoes and everything I can from this Tyler Mall /Galleria at Tyler Shoe City . They are exceptional people , they really do go beyond the normal VERY IMPRESSED. Gave me some hope that there are quality people out there. The are at Shoe City.!”
