“Pretty good wash. The setup is a little weird, and they currently have construction going on while they remodel the fill-up area. So you have to get out of your car to go to the window and pay for the wash. The good thing is that they take credit cards. The great thing is that they don't charge extra. Prices now start at $13.99 for the regular wash, which, honestly, is all that I need as it covers the basic need of having a clean car on the outside. They'll hand wash your car in the beginning, have it go down the automatic conveyor belt-driven wash , and then hand dry at the end. If this place isn't crowded, I wouldn't mind coming back here again. It was nice coming here at 8:20a. Only one other person was in front of me, no one behind me.”

“Great wash and attention to detail! I just moved to the area and have been looking for a good car wash business for my Ram 1500. I had a moderate amount of dog hair in the carpeted flooring and wasn't expecting it all to be vacuumed out and honestly wouldn't have minded if it wasn't because I know what a pain it is to vacuum. After the vacuum it looks like there was never a dog in my truck! The interior was cleaned very thoroughly and the windows were spotless. CCWD website will give you a $5 coupon for washing your vehicle here as well as other car washes in the Concord area but the convenience about Clayton Car Wash is that the coupon can be used any day of the week as opposed to Monday-Thursday like the other car washes. I will definitely be back and now hoping the service I received today is consistent. Thank you Clayton Car Wash.”

“I came here to get my work truck cleaned and they did an amazing job. I went with the interior package that cost $180. It took them about 2 1/2 hours (this thing was dirty!) and the truck came back 1000% better. They cleaned the entire interior, found stuff I didn't even know was under some of the seats and the seats were all cleaned nicely. The exterior was definitely could have been better, but I didn't go crazy on that and get a better package (I most likely will next time). They called me when it was ready and this was a solid experience overall.”

“I called them before I went to see if they could wash a hearse (the outside) and put the protective coating on the vinyl top. I was informed they needed to see it first, which I completely understand. When I arrived, the hearse was inspected and I was given a quote along with many cleaning options. They did a fantastic job and I have never seen the vinyl look so beautiful! It looks brand new! I appreciate the whole team's work and the manager (sorry I didn't get his name). Before I left the manager came and inspected the whole hearse to ensure it was done correctly/ up to standards. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you again!”

“Amazing service. I came at 5:30pm and wanted a full car wash and the works with waxing and interior shampooing but it was too late but they allowed me to pay early that day to get the full service the next day. 80% of the time my car was there 4 to 5 people was servicing my car at the end you can telll the car was beautiful. The interior was beautiful the outside was spotless beside the area where the back license plate was it was still dirty in that area. The reason why I am giving them 5 stars because customer service was awesome, interior was flawless and they allowed me to touch up the car myself on the outside. Other places charge $850 what they did at a mere $209. For the price it is the best bang for the buck. Highly recommend”
