“The rooms there are very spacious. The entire staff are amazing. All amenities that you need are in the room. Coffee pot, plates, silver ware, pots and pans. Microwave, full sized fridge. Rooms are cleaned daily. Excellent wifi, vending machines. $2.50 to wash and dry. Clean towels, large closet. Very quiet rooms and area.”

“Stayed here for 3 nights after having moved from my apartment without having an alternative permanent location to relocate too.
Service was exceptional, I wasn't bothered or harassed for having guests over or coming in and out at very early and very late hours.
The location has many businesses within a very short walking distance and is is located on one of the most frequented roads in Concord. Getting on a bus or getting to bart is very easy.
Now as far as the rooms... Very nice compared to places like the Premier also located in Concord or The Lodge located in Martinez. A single bed room ran me $130 per night, not in the discounted range but the rooms are very nice, I had hard wood floors, tile kitchen and bathroom, a heater/AC combo unit that pumped out heat with no issues. It was very quiet and I felt like I didn't have to worry about making management angry or regret serving me.”
“Room was well and clean, at first we couldn’t understand the people at the registration which brought difficulties and almost had a bad day since we felt they were being too pushy and impatient but at the end we managed to understand each other and fix the problem but I do recommend having some patience because I understand money need to be made but this is a great hotel to spend the night at.”

“Surprisingly clean, stocked, functional, airy private balcony entrance, close to parked vehicle, walking distance to BART, and best of all, friendly, helpful ladies at the desk. Materials are average. All for a fairly low price.
Only downside is no WiFi. Wrong description & false advertising. No internet anywhere, rooms nor office. Use your own cellular service only.”
