“This Inn is fantastic!! We didn't expect to stay in Benicia on our road trip to AZ and we're delighted to find such a gem! Owners and cafe employees are very friendly and accommodating, our room was spacious and comfortable and the cafe serves delicious breakfast. We wish time allowed for another night. Plus, Benicia? What a surprise! Great restaurants, interesting little shops and nice walk out to the pier. We would have liked to spend more time here. Check it out! Highly recommended!”

The general and housekeeping staff are the best - always professional yet friendly and very helpful - with a smile on their face! Yes, there is freeway noise and from Mt. Diablo Blvd., but ear plugs can take care of that! Highly recommend!!!”

“We stayed for the second time In a year. Our room, 226 was fine up until the last day/night when the bathroom sink had slowed up to drain out ( we did not rinse dishes with food on them..gross. only for brushing teeth) . We also had a wi-fi issue with the connection after we signed in, that was ANNOYING and my husband was irritated. We did not have a problem on our last stay, hence the 3 star rating.Walkability: There are walking trails nearby. One trail, IronHorse trail will take you to downtown if you are willing to walk a little over 2 miles to reach some outdoor shops, restaurants.”

“Boy, where do I start... FIRST: The service. Every single staff member - from valet to concierge to servers were PERFECT. We had a bit of a mishap at the valet area and all three posted there dropped everything to help us. That truly helped with how quickly that was resolved. (We made sure to tip well!) The concierge made it easy to check in and made sure to remind us that we had free drinks at the bar, "but get there ASAP since there's only about an hour left." (Yes. We took advantage of THAT!) Our server at the restaurant was friendly and efficient even with a bit of the crowd. He was pretty strategic when making his rounds to make sure he got everyone and everyone had what they need. SECOND: The room. It looked and smelled clean. Ditto the bathroom. Other than a small crack on the sink, it was perfect. THIRD: Their complimentary continental breakfast. Great selections of fruit, bread, cereal, drinks, food. The cherry on top was the omelette station. Whaaaaattt?!?LAST: The hotel overall. I love the open area all throughout. They don't have those hallway type walkways: it really is just open. It's almost a claustrophobic's dream. And not a single piece of clutter anywhere. It almost made me wanna stay one more night! Excellent EXCELLENT run. Highly recommending this for those needing accommodations around this area.”

“I was initially thrilled with this place and the facilities did not disappoint me. My room was neat, clean, well-stocked, and an easy and convenient 3-minute walk to about five restaurants. Indian, Panda Express, and a Wing store. You could even join the Marine Corps. The room had a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave, an iron/board, a controllable thermostat, a safe, and ample outlets to plug in electronics. This town is considered the southern edge of Napa Valley and northern Vallejo, which is not a very safe place to be when examining crime statistics. Avoid Vallejo and you should be fine.I was on the second floor, of a three-story building. I could hear every door above me and below me. It was not nearly as quiet as I would have liked.”

“1)$100 CASH ONLY DEPOSIT.2) Laundry on 2nd floor3) Absolutely no visitors allowed without ID. Paid the guy upwards of 900, still not allowed to have any guests who do not show ID at front desk.4) Pet FEE is $20. It is NOT a deposit.5) Just like last time I stayed here a month ago POOL is not in service.. not available..it was 93° today. So that sucks. Well it's available to look at... And for the record it looks clean and clear and refreshing and lovely. But all you're going to be doing is looking at it.Helpful enough, able to check out a hairdryer at front desk and gave me a comp toohbrush. At 2 a.m. you can stand out front and watch the paisas and their pretty girls stumble in making out like high schoolers, as well as, vehicles speed by, loudly revving doing50- 80 mi an hour. NO concern for any cops. Nor did I see even one cop, so I guess these people know their neighborhood well.”

“Exactly what you would expect from a HIE. Very clean rooms, comfy beds, super friendly and professional staff. Standard HIE breakfast.I was given a free upgrade to my room which came with an additional bedroom and king bed. Kind of weird since it was just me traveling and what am I going to do with another bed? I'd rather have a discount or other amenity that I could actually use. How about installing USB ports or having lamps that have USB ports? I had no way of charging my devices. It's 2024, this should be standard for hotels.Parking is in an underground garage or on the street. The area was very safe.”

“I was pleasantly surprised at how good this hotel was. The price was fair, and they do not charge a huge extra fee for parking your car (only $7). The room was very large with a great kitchen. It was very clean. There were a few minor issues (pillows could be firmer & breakfast could be better), but overall a very comfortable place. With taxes, etc it came to $184. In the Bay Area that is a good price!”

“Stayed for two months while flood repairs were done at home. Staff and facilities were fantastic. It was a home away from home. Breakfast was good and there was a community feel. There is a little bar area downstairs that had a cozy feel in the evenings. They even let us celebrate my 7-year-old son's birthday in the common area. Thanks Hyatt house for helping us make the best of a stressful situation. Would recommend. Five stars.Rooms: We had a comfortable 2-bedroom suite with full kitchen. Cozy but comfy.Nearby activities: Restaurants, movie theater and other shops/amenities adjacent to the hotel.Safety: Safe neighborhood. On-site security in the parking lot. I left for work every morning at 330 and nothing funny every went down.Walkability: Adjacent shopping area. Safeway, Rite-Aid, and Sunvalley mall among many others are in walking distance, although the mall is a bit of a trek. ;-)Food & drinks: Breakfast every morning and a bar in the evening.”
