“I’ve been coming here for years. Good location & the property is well kept up with. I’ve had a few run ins with some spiders / bugs. But that’s minor. I just put a towel under the door so the bugs can’t get in under the door. Staff is usually pretty nice; a few managers are nicer than others but that’s everywhere. Breakfast is served in the morning. Even though I never make it to the breakfast 😂 I’m sure it’s pretty decent! Rooms are usually clean, bathroom clean! I like the fact you can cook, it feels like a miniature home, there’s even a laundry house where you can wash clothes!! They even have a pet relief area! A pool and basketball court for a nice little repetitive game.”

“I stayed at the Hyatt House for a quick one-night getaway, and it was exactly what I needed. I spent most of the day relaxing by the pool, soaking up the sun, and it was the perfect way to unwind.

The location is a huge plus—it’s within walking distance of a movie theater, along with plenty of restaurants and shops, so there’s no shortage of things to do. If you’re into fitness, they also have a well-equipped gym.

One feature I really liked was that the rooms come with a full kitchen, making it easy to cook your own meals if you don’t feel like eating out. Parking was also plentiful, which made coming and going completely hassle-free.

In the morning, they offer a complimentary breakfast that includes an omelet station where your omelet is made fresh to order, which was a great touch and much better than the typical hotel breakfast.

Overall, I had a fantastic stay. Between the relaxing pool, convenient location, spacious rooms, and excellent breakfast, I’d happily stay here again. 5/5 stars!”

“The room was a lovely size and everything was neat and tidy. We had everything we needed. The cleaning staff were friendly and the team member when we checked in was helpful. The location was perfect for our needs; close to shops, restaurants, cafes and BART so we could travel to San Francisco. The only disappointment was when we checked out. We asked the lady if she would be able to get us a taxi to BART. “No”. That was it. We asked again. “No”. We were in a panic as we don’t know the area and the services and we don’t have an Uber account. What would have been helpful “sorry, I cannot do that, but I have some phone numbers”. After getting onto ChatGPT we managed to get a couple. After a few calls we managed to find one. Cannot believe the lack of assistance for what would potentially have been a perfect stay.”
