“The public storage on Concord Ave is a clean, well maintained, and truly secure place to be. Tammi, whom I have talked with on several occasions, is kind and helpful and always quick to assist. Whenever I see her she is attending one of a number of aspects of the place and I can see how the facility is kept in such tip top shape. The buildings are clean and in good order, the interior is well lit and feels cared for. I am glad I got to store my stuff here.”

Mike at the front desk is THE guy every business wants representing them. The unit is easy to get into and there’s even a free cart to use to help roll everything into the unit.”

“Michelle and Alma consistently deliver high standards of service for the storage rental. I've used other storage services before, but I know this place stands out for its quality. The units are clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside, and moving equipment is available at every building. I've also noticed that Michelle and Alma are always willing to help — they always answer the phone during operating hours (except when assisting customers on-site) and respond to emails promptly. I truly appreciate their outstanding service. I've been with Mount Diablo Storage for many years, and I love this place.

From my first call to Rob up to follow up calls from Jennifer and the 3 movers team assigned: Felix, Clayber, and Francisco- the entire process from packing to unpacking was smooth and stress-free. They were very supportive and understanding, especially towards my elderly sister & brother in law. Felix, Clayber and Francisco were polite and handled everything with care and respect. Highly recommended them for anyone, but especially for seniors needing a reliable and considerate moving service!”

“Privately owned and seems to be well run (so far, just moved in). Being private is nice since the corporate places (Public Storage etc) engage in unscrupulous practices, hitting you with incessant rate hikes etc. I picked Abba as they review/adjust prices once a year and it's tied to inflation. Definitely better than the greedy corporate storage companies.
The unit itself was clean and easily accessible, there are two gates with coded entry.”
“This Storage is a Great! Right off hwy 242. The property is well maintained! I know it's because of the current manager Raina she does an excellent job in keeping this Location always running smoothly, it's always clean, gives you the impression that your things you have to store are cared for. Things get broken or go out lights, gate, trash. Everything she takes care of immediately. I'd stay at this location because of the management.
I've been renting, using Storages a lot at several locations for my business. This is the best kept up one where I actually feel positive about it.”
“Had a reservation for 3/26 at 9am for a 6x12 trailer. When I arrived, they didn't have the trailer and instead only had a 5x9 at 11a. The woman at the first desk said she meant to call me but to make it up she gave me a discount. When I switched the reservation for the next day, the manager (believe his name was Brodee) still offered the discount and the trailer rental was seamless with all the employees I interacted with. All in all, didn't start off well but their customer service and thoughtfulness more than made up for it! Will rent again from them for sure.”
