We called the shop and they came out the following day to check out the issue, without hesitant they told us that they will replaced the chest for us because the drawer was broken. True to their words we received the replacement on the exact time frame they had promised us. Absolutely impressed with the service and of our merchandise. Highly recommend. “The employees are always friendly and helpful, but the managers need to get their crap together and hire/staff more cashiers. You guys have 12 registers but only two are open at any given time while there's more than 20 people lining up to purchase their items. Self checkout barely helps since it depends on how fast the customer is at scanning everything, and more often than not they mess up and need an override. Stop contributing to the terrible job market and actually hire people instead of just claiming there are job positions open, you lose revenue from all the people giving up and leaving/stealing the products instead of being able to purchase them.”
