“I washed my iPhone in the washer, so I needed a new one: suffice it to say. I went to the local AT&T store here in Corona. We were lucky to run into Johnny Barbatoe; We ran into each other latterly. He opened the door at 10:00 sharp and fell to taking care of my current Mobility concerns. Johnny is the consummate professional and a sheer delight to work with.
Johnny knew what I would need and what would be needed to overcome my physical handicap, I suffered a massive stroke some years ago, I remain paralyzed on my left side and mostly blind on my left.

From the moment I walked in both Edith and Leslie were incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. They patiently answered all of my questions, explained my options clearly, and helped me throughout the whole process. They even made sure everything was set up before I left including transferring my data and making sure I was comfortable with all the new features.

I recently switched to Metro by T-Mobile and had trouble activating my physical SIM card online. I also contacted customer service by phone, but they were unable to resolve the issue.
When I went to the store, Mike—the manager/owner—was excellent. He took the time to diagnose the problem and ultimately fixed it. His professionalism and willingness to help made all the difference.

“I had gifted my mom a new phone and I tried to activate it myself at home but I don't know what i did. The website kept telling me she needed to change her plan so I did. The whole point was that the phone was still not working when I did the changed. I walked in to the store with my mom and sister-in-law. We were greeted by Eric. Eric was extremely helpful, very patient, super nice, very knowledgeable. He was able to change my moms plan back to what she previously had. He also assisted my sister-in-law with an issue she had.
