“Jatziri was so helpful. I came in asking for the cheapest phone and she gave me many options but unfortunately I didn't have enough for the first options she gave me, then she asked me if I received any type of government help and luckily I do, I told her I have EBT and she said perfect all you need is $7 and I will get you a phone with service. She was not lying!! I walked out with a brand new phone. She helped me set up my Instagram too because I forgot my password . I didn't know how to thank her enough so I went to buy her an agua fresca and she was so grateful. Nice lady. I recommend!!!!”
“I’m writing a review for Daisy and Joel.
They were really nice and helpful. I cancelled my phone service a few months back and have been having issues accessing my account and my last phone bill (which was 4 to 5 months to ago). I have been back and forth with customer service on the phone and even at another store T mobile store who said they couldn’t help me and could only access the last three months and could not go back any further.
Joel said the store could helped me and checked me in. After that Daisy helped me and she was so patient. She called customer service and took the time to see if there was anything they could do. The rep said because I’m no longer a customer they couldn’t email me my bill but they could send it through the mail.
I am so grateful as I’m trying to get reimbursement for paying my phone off. Thank you Daisy, you were so helpful and kind!”

“This location is also an Access Point for UPS, dropped off few packages here, once they scanned my packages, it updated immediately when I checked the tracking number. They asked me to placed my packages by the front door, I didn't feel comfortable leaving it there since anyone can walked by and take it, but I decided to trust the process. The very next day, package was confirmed picked up by the UPS driver. Only down side with this location, since it's a very small shop, they can only take up to 10 packages per day from me. Also keep in mind, most Access Point packages don't get picked up till the next day unless you drop it off early morning.”
“I walked inside the Metro Pcs store, ten minutes before closing. Samantha greeted me as I walked into the store making feel right at home. She managed to help me! Without any issues, very knowledgeable employee. It was past closing time and I was still inside the store. She went above and beyond for me. I ended up getting, the home internet box. Not only that, but it turns out, that she is the manager of the store. A big “Wow “ the friendliest manager, that I have seen. I highly recommend anyone to feel free and come to this metro pcs. Best one in Anaheim 👍👍”
