“I went in to get a passport for my mom (without an appointment), the agent attending the passport desk was on point! She was helping customers all while answering other customer questions about documents required for a passport. Taking pictures and completing documentation. Talk about multitasking, and she still had time to interact with the customers in a very agreeable tone.
