I’ve always had a great experience at the Post Office on Arlington Avenue (92504). The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient, even during busy times. They’ve helped me with everything from mailing packages to getting passport forms, and they always do it with a positive attitude. The line moves quickly and the service is reliable. A well-run location that I trust for all my mailing needs!”

“Sergio the manager or person in charge definitely runs a tight ship, has all his clerks on check and on point, they have helped me tremendously on all my shipping needs for my business, his mail carriers too do a great job. I've had a few issues here and there but Sergio addresses it promptly anytime I have brought it to his attention. Love this post office, been coming here for years.”

“It was packed eight minutes before closing. There was 14 people all with packages. I had three. A couple people had a lot of questions and needed guidance. The postal workers were very patient and accommodating and friendly and knowledgeable and they actually got all of us out of there happily without having to go past 5:00pm. WOW! They are ? good. “I had a great experience here at this location in regards to their Passport services. Passport services are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. It was super easy to book an in person appointment online through the USPS website. When I arrived, it was busy as usual & there was a line. They separated the lines into two, with passports standing to the side. Per appointments, it went by pretty quick. Christy provided amazing guest service. She was efficient, thorough, friendly and quick. It was my first time applying for a passport and she guided me step by step with ease. They do provide money orders & on site passport photos. I was in and out the post office within 20 minutes. Limited parking in the front. Handicap accessible. Self service kiosk desk available.”
“I want to make sure to share my experience, as this is a new Black owned business up against challenging reviews. The previous reviews are not for the current business located here but for an old business. I recently mailed incredibly important paperwork to the DMV from here and it was delivered no problem. The current owner was aware of the confusion and took the time to explain and reassure me. He's got a great business on his hands, and I'm excited to see it thrive. Next time I'm in the area, I'll be handling business with them! Great service, thank you!”
“Lot of bad reviews here for things out of this post office’s control. Don’t complain about long lines, they’re understaffed and work as efficiently as possible from 4am until 10pm. Complain to your senator if you want something done about the lines so more money goes to Usps.Helpful tip, research what you can do online, print your postage, save your time.”

“I visited this post office this afternoon hoping to apply for a PO Box, but unfortunately there were no boxes available at the moment, so I had to cancel my current mail forwarding service instead.
During the process, there was a taller older manager with glasses who patiently helped me resolve all of my issues. He was extremely kind, professional, and never showed any frustration or impatience throughout the entire interaction.
He carefully explained everything and helped me handle the process smoothly, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare nowadays to meet someone who is genuinely patient and willing to help customers with such a positive attitude.
