“I visited this post office this afternoon hoping to apply for a PO Box, but unfortunately there were no boxes available at the moment, so I had to cancel my current mail forwarding service instead.
During the process, there was a taller older manager with glasses who patiently helped me resolve all of my issues. He was extremely kind, professional, and never showed any frustration or impatience throughout the entire interaction.
He carefully explained everything and helped me handle the process smoothly, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare nowadays to meet someone who is genuinely patient and willing to help customers with such a positive attitude.
I wanted to leave this review to encourage and thank him for his excellent service. He truly deserves recognition. Thank you again for your help!”
“I want to make sure to share my experience, as this is a new Black owned business up against challenging reviews. The previous reviews are not for the current business located here but for an old business. I recently mailed incredibly important paperwork to the DMV from here and it was delivered no problem. The current owner was aware of the confusion and took the time to explain and reassure me. He's got a great business on his hands, and I'm excited to see it thrive.
