“Okay, I know people who raves about ROSS. They have good to great bargains and the stuff (inventory) is acceptable. But, tell me this, why do people have to throw things on the floor instead of placing (Operative word "place") the item back on the shelf? Yeah, I know how working out is difficult for some people but put the item back how you found it. This is the problem with discounted stores. Other than that, everything else is good.”

“Factory Suspension knows what's up. I've had my suspension done here for 3 different bikes so far and have seen substantial differences. If you know what you like or dont like in your current setup they will help you figure out what you should do whether thats in person or over the phone. I just had KYB cartridges installed in my WP forks and we discussed why spending a little less money isn't worth it and why as well as why cone valves aren't necessary. Its not sales, its service here.”
“The owner Karla is beyond sweet, helpful, accommodating, and kind hearted! I have purchased several dresses from her and each time it has been such a lovely experience! On two different occasions I ordered the wrong size and Karla did not charge me and instead ordered me the right size and put the two that didn’t fit me into her inventory. That really impressed me! She also went out of her way and personally went to her vendor and picked up my dresses so I would have them in plenty of time and not have any stress! It is obvious that Karla’s excellent customer service and concern for her customers are the reason her last location in Corona, as well as her present one, have sustained the ups and downs of the economy as well as Covid. I had previously went to other bridal stores in Corona and none can compare to the gorgeous dresses that Karla carries as well as the exceptional customer service and professional alterations she provides! I highly recommend America’s Bridal store to anyone looking for a gorgeous dress that will be delivered on time along with professional alterations!”

“This team is 100% committed to outstanding customer service. They go above and beyond what the customer expects. I came in looking for a wardrobe refresh for a new job. I was specifically looking for a pair of black skinny pants and she walked with me to the table where they were displayed instead of just saying, "They're over there on that table." Then she proceeded to hold up the various options and talk through the different product features to help me compare and make a decision. Another associate chimed in with some options for tops, a blazer, and other coordinating pieces. They also walked me through all the updated versions of denim available in store and online. I felt like I had my own styling team! I have worked in retail for over 10 years and the associates at this store are at the top of their game being warm, friendly and taking an interest in me and my styling needs. How refreshing to experience this level of service in a retail chain store. Keep up the good work Loft and hire more associates like the ones at this store! I will definitely return and let my friends know where they can shop to get exceptional service.”

“I enjoy shopping at this store. They have great basics for every day, work school etc. They also have amazing clothes you could wear to many events and places, from Church, party, family gatherings, club wear. They have a large range of sizes. Only some times I do not find things in my size. I guess it is because their clothes are so cute they sell out quicky.”
