“I've tried many, many, many different shoe brands (Nike, Clarks, New Balance, HOKA, Brooks, Altra, ALDI, and practically every name brand in between) but few to none truly compare to Sketchers' offerings for comfort and wider shoe widths. I spent quite a long while at this location in finding a pair of shoes that worked just right for my situation, but the two sales associates working there at the time (one of them being the manager) were friendly, graciously helpful, and patient from the moment I walked into the store. The manager is clearly passionate about working there, which I had a pleasant chat with regarding shoe suggestions, and who actually shared insight to me that he's disappointed that their supplier isn't providing them with a wider availability in sizes and wider widths of shoes. Nonetheless, despite spending a while here before finding two pairs of shoes I liked, I'm pleasantly happy with my experience here, and look forward to coming back to this particular location for my next pair!”

“Factory Suspension knows what's up. I've had my suspension done here for 3 different bikes so far and have seen substantial differences. If you know what you like or dont like in your current setup they will help you figure out what you should do whether thats in person or over the phone. I just had KYB cartridges installed in my WP forks and we discussed why spending a little less money isn't worth it and why as well as why cone valves aren't necessary. Its not sales, its service here.”

I was specifically looking for a pair of black skinny pants and she walked with me to the table where they were displayed instead of just saying, "They're over there on that table." Then she proceeded to hold up the various options and talk through the different product features to help me compare and make a decision. Another associate chimed in with some options for tops, a blazer, and other coordinating pieces. They also walked me through all the updated versions of denim available in store and online. I felt like I had my own styling team! I have worked in retail for over 10 years and the associates at this store are at the top of their game being warm, friendly and taking an interest in me and my styling needs. How refreshing to experience this level of service in a retail chain store. Keep up the good work Loft and hire more associates like the ones at this store! Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
