“Factory Suspension knows what's up. I've had my suspension done here for 3 different bikes so far and have seen substantial differences. If you know what you like or dont like in your current setup they will help you figure out what you should do whether thats in person or over the phone. I just had KYB cartridges installed in my WP forks and we discussed why spending a little less money isn't worth it and why as well as why cone valves aren't necessary. Its not sales, its service here.”

“This team is 100% committed to outstanding customer service. They go above and beyond what the customer expects. I came in looking for a wardrobe refresh for a new job. I was specifically looking for a pair of black skinny pants and she walked with me to the table where they were displayed instead of just saying, "They're over there on that table." Then she proceeded to hold up the various options and talk through the different product features to help me compare and make a decision. Another associate chimed in with some options for tops, a blazer, and other coordinating pieces. They also walked me through all the updated versions of denim available in store and online. I felt like I had my own styling team! I have worked in retail for over 10 years and the associates at this store are at the top of their game being warm, friendly and taking an interest in me and my styling needs. How refreshing to experience this level of service in a retail chain store. Keep up the good work Loft and hire more associates like the ones at this store! I will definitely return and let my friends know where they can shop to get exceptional service.”
“My first time buying a pair of Redwing boots, the measurements were great to know exactly what size shoe that I needed. Maria helped me out trying on boots and insoles. I bought a pair of Irish Settler boots and some insoles, the fit great at first, then I started to notice a squeak every step I took which drove me crazy! So I switched out the insoles to the original ones, which weren’t as thick, so I noticed a lot more room around my toes than before. I ended up coming back to the store today to see if I could exchange them, and was helped by Allen. Even though they were already worn for a few days, he was happy to swap it out and got me a 1/2 size smaller and was able to get some different insoles that don’t make any noise at all.
I even got a $5 refund for the insoles being a bit cheaper. Can’t ask for better customer service, seriously appreciate the help from everyone here. I’ll be buying boots for all of our team members in the future!”
“Very clean and organized shoe store. They have a huge selection of shoes for just about any need. Great for the whole family at a reasonable price. I bought my granddaughter Hello Kitty Heelys skate shoes. Heelys are not available at most top brand shoe stores, but they had several to choose from at Famous Footwear.”
