I had a unique question that couldn't be answered by online FAQs or the 800# staff, but Nidia listened to my situation, asked clarifying questions and then explained solutions to me clearly. She went above and beyond all expectations and showed true kindness. Nidia made the Pacific Beach post office look great and she deserves this 5-star review!”

Every post office needs people like them. i didnt have a passport appointment last friday, i just went to ask information since it wasnt too far from my house. Troy told me that if i have my documents with me、they will help me since i was already there. I went back home to grab everything i need and when i got back to the post office, they were very extremely helpful, they helped me with a smile. Troy explained to me everything in details. “Definitely a nice post office lots of parking, automatic doors, big inside, lots of PO boxes. The lady inside was fast and friendly. Did not see alot of staff which is pretty normal now a days, but overall nice place. Definitely had to use maps to find it since its tucked away so well.”

“I do love the post office but Ryan is correct, just because a dog barks the mail man stop delivering the mail. Without any notice, we had to go to the office to find out, that because of our miniature dog barks we didn’t have our mail delivered.”
“Place is good. Just adding my two cents as someone who also sucks with directions. Lens crafters has moved so it also isn't the best route to navigate to. The map someone drew on here is helpful. The post office is across from the old (now in construction) foodcourt and to the left of Spencer's. If your parking in the Nordstrom parking lot dont walk to the entrance of Nordstrom go to the butt of it- you'll end up walking through a narrow walkway 👍 hope this helps”
“I cannot confirm that the employees are unfriendly, like many others said. Yes, they are really busy and maybe stressed. But I have an understanding about that, seeing that nearly the whole counter was buried under packages, boxes, mail... I had to wait for a while but not exceeding five minutes.”

“Every body complains about the staff in this facility, about the big lines and their attitude!! But people don’t understand that this is one of the most visited facility, it’s the one closest to the border…. What they need it’s MORE STAFF…they need help… they’re all good people if you treat them with respect and not like they’re machines working for you… most of the times I go it’s Only one person attending the big lines..sometimes two… three in my lucky days… and it’s not their fault people are in a hurry.. they’re more offices near by but people prefer to go there and complain about how big the lines are..Alba, Santi, Paulito and Abel can only do so much… I been going there for years and they treat me same way I treat them, with respect”

“My experience today at the passport office was beyond great. First I arrived 15 minutes late to my son's passport appointment. When I asked if I will be able to be seen, the first lady stated I am passed my appointment time which I understood. I then proceeded to ask if they have walk ins and the times they do them which the first lady began explaining when Katiuska I believe is her name asked how late I was and I said 15 minutes she then said I can help you, you just have to wait. I was beyond ecstatic as my son is needing this for his trip coming up. Not only did you help us without needing too as we were late and therefore lost our appointment but you did so in such a manner that shows you love your job and serving your community. Thank you for assisting me and going above and beyond your duties and responsibilities.”
