I was a little unsure initially when I went with them, especially because they accidentally charged me extra until I corrected them (after which they promptly refunded me). But I was pleasantly surprised when the next day, my order was ready and at my door, much faster than expected and which met all my expectations for a quality print job. Lauren in particular was amazing to work with, and really went out of her way to make sure my experience working with Mixonic was a successful one. There are not too many companies like this left-- in any area-- and to get such incredible, 'old-fashioned' customer service is worth its weight in gold... I am old enough to remember the days when this kind of customer focus was the norm in business, but its now the exception for sure... You don't realize how valuable it is until you really NEED the help! Mixonic is an excellent company, the cd's came out great, the sound quality was great, the printing was great, and the whole experience was something i haven't encountered in many years.
