Not cheap ($50 shipping for 2 bottles) but I'm pretty sure they don't set their own pricing and it's a liability thing. Not judging them for that. The wine I sent got to Portland, Oregon in 2 days so that was a major plus. I will be back for all my wine whipping needs!”

“Had an interesting experience at Tiburon Mail Service. Had to overnight a letter to Japan. My rate on my own 'discounted' Fedex account was $92. When Tim put it on the store's account, the same letter was only $72. This is on top of their fabulous, courteous and friendly service!”

After spending an hour and only getting 3 fingers done, Evan came over to help me. In 15 minutes we had the other 7 done. I couldn't have done it without him. “approximately a month ago, I was having trouble obtaining standard supplies from ups stores in the bay area, corporate directed me to this store here, there were two guys there , David and Clinton, and although didn't have to, went above and beyond assisting me with obtaining the materials I needed, I.e. boxes, and label sleeves that nobody on the other side of the bay would go out there way to provide. I drove all the way from alameda to mill valley and these guys had the materials waiting for me. very friendly and very helpful, enough to impress me to write this review. thank you very much for your assistance fellas , big thumbs up and appreciation. “There are few things I dread more than having to walk into a post office, except maybe the DMV. I would literally look for every alternative before sucking it up and braving the lifeless, cranky, slow, sad walls of a post office. But then we moved to the Bay Area 5 years ago and just happened to land walking distance to this tiny little gem! Cendon (the post master) is hands down one of the greatest guys you'll ever come in contact with, and his post office runs like a dream. It feels like family when I go in, and truth be told, I LOVE my daily visits! I will one day have to leave this place and I'll miss everything about my post office. It is absolutely one of my favorite things about my time living here.”

“It’s the first time I’ve used this location. I stood in line behind a couple people and listened as Carl, who may be the owner, help them. He was gracious, courteous and had a sense of humor.I was sending back a small box to a vendor with a pre-printed label and needed a box to put it in and wrapping. Carl took my box, said he’d take care of it and charged me a nominal couple of dollars for everything. He gave me the receipt, pointed out the tracking number and I headed home. Later that evening I ran the tracking and it was on its way.Thank you Carl for a pleasant experience. I’ll be back again for my UPS needs in the future.”

“I just have to say, this specific UPS location is most community/ neighborhood oriented local business I have known, and is truly focusing on efficiency, service, and personal connection. It is ran by a family who are one of the kindest people I have ever met. Specifically, I would like to highlight Carla. She is very knowledgeable in her job, but also she is the one making sure this place is welcoming, including decorating it on every holiday-which is extremely cute and makes me very happy the moment I walk in. Carla also recently helped me with one unfortunate UPS incident that wasn't even part of their branch. She was there for me in a very tough situation and I will be forever grateful to her for that. Her husband-the owner, and their son also work there, and they are super cool and hard-working. Any time I come in, my tasks are always solved with care, efficiency, very quickly and easily.
