“I never thought I’d be blown away by customer service at a shipping store but was I ever! The most elite customer service hands down. I am moving across the country and brought in separate packaged boxes and it was going to cost over $600. The man who helped me found an extra large box to fit all of them, and used a tool to make the extra large box they were all in smaller to fit certain shipping requirements and brought the cost down to $300! While he was doing this he was extremely friendly and greeted other customers as they walked in. Very grateful!”

“I stopped by the San Rafael branch last Thursday around 6:00 pm , to buy HP 910 color ink, and when I checked the shelves, they were mostly empty. I was disappointed, but as I was walking out, I turned back and asked the cashier if he knew when they would restock the HP 910 color.
He immediately went to the back and searched everywhere to find the ink for me. I was so grateful—he truly went out of his way to help. I left Staples thankful and relieved, and I can finally print my manuscript.”

I had superior experience on a day that could have been disaster for any worker. April 15 is the last day to file taxes, line at the door was a mile away right when John opened the doors with the warmest smile.
I was there with two very young kids to get passports done, not one but two. Seeing John navigating guests through was mesmerizing. Early morning, people with piles of papers, million questions and in rush. John remained calm, knowledgeable,friendly, helpful and so professional.
I was in that location for the first time, we drove there for 2 hours in early morning with little kids thinking it’s the only location taking walk-ins for passports. It appeared to be they are not- mistake in the system but John was the nicest about it, still helped us with everything although he was the only person behind the desk.
I was pleasantly surprised he knew majority of guests by the name, greeted them warmly and had everyone in and out of the door in minutes.
His attitude, love for his work and their customers made this experience not only pleasant but unforgettable. He truly made an impact on our family and our whole day. Thank you, John!!!”

“I dropped off a DHL package here. Transaction was really smooth and the staff were kind and accommodating.
Fair warning though, I was told they could not provide me any sort of confirmation document for the drop off because only DHL was allowed to scan my shipment documents. They were very transparent about it so if this is something you are concerned about, please take note.
I chose to still leave the package with them. Come evening, i got notifications from DHL that my package safely got picked up and is in their possession.
