Andrew and his wife Lilia are superb owners and Minerva has provided A+++ customer service every time I've been in. There is another employee whose name I now can't remember who is also so friendly, helpful, and cheerful. Really a great spot. I drive far to skip the grabby UPS stores and go here; it's the best.”

“This place is great and I am so grateful to have it in Fairfax (especially b/c the Fairfax Post Office is notoriously difficult to deal with). I have used this UPS store for returns, shipping holiday gifts, making copies, and notary services a couple times. They are always quick and helpful and I am always in and out. the hours are fantastic as well (open late, on weekends). It's so nice to not have to truck up to Terra Linda location etc. anymore.”
“I came in a few days ago for copies and stamps, and the woman at the front counter was such a bright spot. Two other women were waiting with me, and she handled a very rude and disruptive man with so much grace. She still made each of us feel welcomed and cared for when it was our turn. Her kindness really stood out.

We worked with Paul on a pretty expensive and complicated order. Paul was gracious, patient and helpful. The order had to be completed yesterday like all orders typically are. The result was a happy boss which is priceless.

“Bridgette is the BEST!! Great energy, customer service, and sense of humor! Helped me print out bordered Canva documents that was showing up with margins. Canva is the pain in the ass for self-print here. She did above and beyond trimming my sheets from a larger paper and scale. This has been my go-to FedEx location forever (Marshall’s days iykyk) for its convenient location and this is the first time in a decade I’ve felt compelled to write a review. I would wait in line for her specifically for any of my future visits and when assistance is needed.”

They are very quick for shipping as well and their office supplies are great prices and not over priced like some of the stores around here. “Great service, the team are exceptionally quick to respond and kept me updated from start to finish. 1 star off just for cost - their personal shopper rates are good! but expect the distance between the states and aus to be reflected in the price of customs + postage + exchange rate fees, it does add up (several hundreds AUD for one ~5lb item), keep that in mind! Otherwise no complaints, the team are very helpful and prompt.”

I had superior experience on a day that could have been disaster for any worker. April 15 is the last day to file taxes, line at the door was a mile away right when John opened the doors with the warmest smile.
I was there with two very young kids to get passports done, not one but two. Seeing John navigating guests through was mesmerizing. Early morning, people with piles of papers, million questions and in rush. John remained calm, knowledgeable,friendly, helpful and so professional.
I was in that location for the first time, we drove there for 2 hours in early morning with little kids thinking it’s the only location taking walk-ins for passports. It appeared to be they are not- mistake in the system but John was the nicest about it, still helped us with everything although he was the only person behind the desk.
I was pleasantly surprised he knew majority of guests by the name, greeted them warmly and had everyone in and out of the door in minutes.
His attitude, love for his work and their customers made this experience not only pleasant but unforgettable. He truly made an impact on our family and our whole day. Thank you, John!!!”
