Went in there to get my AirPod Pro repaired under the "AirPods Pro Service Program for Sound Issues". Waited over an hour for someone to tell me they are 2 months over the 3 years since first retail sale of the unit. There was no notification of this what so ever. Wasted so much time.

Waited a whole hour for nothing. They didn’t try to fix anything, ran diagnostics and then nothing happened. I felt like trash. Not mention that whoever was helping me was rude and from what I could tell trying to leave or whatever. Not even the biggest fan of apple and their products anymore.
