Today March 16th I walked into ARC Costa Mesa, Ca. I have to say that Lisa Davis is the kindest, most polite employee you have. Great Customer Service! I walked out of the building with a smile. Definitely will be back. Thank you Lisa!

I had an issue with slow reponses from ARC phone transfers which caused a substantial delay in the process. When ARC management realized this they addressed it quickly and all was resolved. I appreciated their consideration in changing a negative to a positive situation and will definitely continue to work with them
