“Stephen is an absolute MVP! Not only was he able to track down a late package that got sent offsite, he called and talked to their manager and got them to find it and send it back when they (the hotel) told me to first get them a prepaid shipping label. Stephen has single handedly made my year as the package held sentimental keepsakes. Peggy was also wonderful as she first helped me out with the initial overnight shipping. Overall they went above and beyond and i cant express enough gratitude to Stephen and his staff. Thank you all!”
