“After having my car hand washed and detailed by a shop I have used for several years, I was very disappointed with the results. I decided to try Unique Hand Wash and Auto Detailing in Costa Mesa located in the parking structure near the Cinemas in Metro Point/South Coast Plaza. I spoke to the owner Vick and listened to what he recommended to repair the paint and restore the finish on my car. He quoted a price that I felt was very reasonable for the work he proposed. I left my car with him and went for lunch and to do a little shopping. I got a text from Vick that my car was ready about 2 hours later. I was immediately concerned that he could not have done the job correctly in such a short time and prepared myself for another disappointment. OMG, was I wrong! When I saw my car as I approached the shop I could hardly believe my eyes; it looked FANTASTIC. I now plan to have both of my cars hand washed and detailed at this shop from now on. If you care about your car and want it to look it's absolute best, you have to bring it to Vick at Unique Hand Wash and Auto Detailing. The prices are reasonable and the work is top notch!”

I am incredibly fastidious--if you love sports cars like I do, you know you can 'feel' a swirl in the paint the minute it happens--and Beachside has not just met my standard, they have elevated it simply because that is their level of integrity and care toward me and what I own, week after week, for the last four years. They do my cars, the windows, power wash cabinets, as well as the carport and gates. Scheduling is a snap, communication is quick and clear, and they are reliable. I can't say enough, truly. “Called for a walk-in in an hour and they said it's available. Went there, got my car into wash in a sec. Very very time efficient. The washing and waxing were done in about an hour! Faster than I thought.Waiting room has a cute little cat. The cat is very friendly and affectionate!!! It made my waiting time very enjoyable!!! The price is very reasonable for the high quality of their wash. My car looks clean as new!Definitely gonna come back for the cat & car wash!”

“I was referred to Phil by my dear friend who takes his car to Braubus and it was one of the best referrals. Called the office and front staff was accommodating and gave me options that day to come in to have an estimate done by Phil. Upon arrival, I waited maybe 5 minutes and Phil was able to look at the car and said he would be able to provide an estimate by end of day. He came highly recommended so I felt comfortable leaving my car on site. Before end of the day I got the estimate and he said he could have the car back to within a week. He followed through with his timelines and delivered the car pristine and washed and waxed. The body work and paint job was flawless on my Tesla Model X. Thank you so much Phil and Autobanh.”

“Great Service and helpful ? Troy understood we needed a Quote /Estimate to get approved by a 3rd party. He helped us print one out and even took time to adjust some of the language afterwards over phone/ email when the 3rd party asked for specific things to be included on the estimate. Just today they called and told us they've approved payment for all our repairs up to $5,000 ! WOW ?!! We will be taking the car back in to complete with his shop. Will try to update review after repairs are complete, BUT we came here in the first place after a friend referred us for their honesty and transparency”
