“I tried to buy a firm memory foam mattress but instead I paid for the wrong mattress that costs the same measurements are the same I only messed up with the firmness of it so next day I called costumer service and the lady was very polite and helpful told me to go to the store and just tell them I called earlier to costumer service to fixed my mistake and when I got to the store costumer service said they couldn't do anything about it so the told me to go ask to the delivery guys and they told me to go back C.Service well they didn't help me not even check the code I got from the earlier C. Service so they couldn't do anything so I had to call back to customer service and they refunded me the money and I had to buy the mattress online once again but those guys on the front the so called*"C Service"* doesn't treat me as a customer should be treated”

“"I'm obsessed with my new LoveSac in Costa Mesa! This couch is so comfy, l've already tested its nap-taking capabilities and gave it an At. But, let's get real, assembly was a real challenge. Think IKEA, but instead of Swedish meatballs, you get endless foam pieces and Allen wrench-induced sweat.
Pro Tips:
1. YouTube, become thy friend. Watch those assembly vids, trust me.
2. Wine (or two may be required to survive assembly process.
3. Customer service at the store? Top-notch!

The only issue I had was the drawer pools were silver instead of the advertised gold. I bought a loft bed here so I can place my home office under it because of limited space, and I'm thrilled with my purchase. “This was our first time in the store and didn't know anything about their company. We went to the Costa Mesa showroom and had a GREAT experience! Was met by Adele Ricco-Martin who realized that we were new to their showroom and gave us the background of the company and of their furniture. We immediately had questions regarding a table/chairs and from that point she took the time to walk around the showroom with us. I would say that she spent at least 2 hours with us, discussing what our style was and then showing us colors/materials. Her designer knowledge helped to pull all our sections together. The fact that everything is made here in the USA is a huge factor for us in choosing our furniture. It was plain to see that this was quality made furniture that is going to last! Which is important to us as we have not purchase this amount of furniture in 24 yrs!! We are excited to see the 3D model of what we would like to purchase as we had the layout of our new home. “Love CB2 and have for years. I have numerous pieces from them for 2 bathrooms I remodeled & my Studio. Mirrors, light fixtures, hardware, decor, light bulbs (especially the gold tipped bulb), shelving & more! Recently, I popped in to get another replacement bulb and was told they were out of stock by a manager, kind of dismissive, not at all friendly. Started talking to another associate, I think her names Rachel/Raquel Boy she made this happen. Radioed the stock room got the guy to looking and sure enough they had them in stock! Hope she stays. Very friendly & helpful!! I hope the store stays too. It's wonderful to have a brick and mortar location that I can go in and visit and see things in person rather than ordering online which is what I was originally told to do about the bulbs, but I can do that with Amazon~ No Thanks, I'd rather be in person. Even w/ that manager. Still love the store!!”

Our eyes settled on the Athena reading chair in beige Lazio, and were informed that this showpiece was the only item remaining as it had been discontinued. Win, the sales floor associate, kindly assisted us in going through every detail of the floor model chair, and offered us a discount for taking the model. Not only was she kind and personable, her energy and quick-to-help demeanor ultimately won us over. For us, half of the experience and decision-making is obviously based on the product, however the other half to take into consideration is the attitude and demeanor of the sales associate.
