“My boyfriend and I spent the day furniture shopping, which is always an adventure! We visited a few different furniture stores before stopping at Bob’s, and the difference in customer service was night and day.
Kyle helped us, and he truly went above and beyond. I honestly felt bad because I had him running back and forth across the store for nearly two hours, and he never once seemed bothered (I was definitely the one who needed a break!). He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help us find exactly what we were looking for.
One of my favorite moments was when he used the shirt he was wearing to help us color-match a rug to the couch we purchased because it was almost the exact same shade. That’s the kind of extra effort that really stands out.

“Late review went back in January but I was going through my pictures and I had to share my haul and my experience. I found this spot because I was going a lot to walk at the park near by and I saw it on the map and thought I would check it out on my next walk. Parking was plentiful. It’s a warehouse style shop so you can’t miss the door. It has two floors so I was here a while. I honestly went in thinking it’s vintage so I’m sure everything’s going to be expense but I was so surprised to find items to be very affordable. I took my time and enjoyed every section. I love how they offer wicker baskets to place your items in. I won’t go into detail how many sections they have but trust they have plenty go check them out. Also for beer lovers there are two breweries in the same warehouse just around the corner I highly recommend going before or after. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did 💜”
“I left feeling super relaxed and actually excited about a mattress for once. Tried out a few different models and the adjustable firmness thing is way better than I thought it would be. The consultant was really patient with my wife and I going back and forth on what felt comfiest, she didnt rush us at all while we were debating memory foam vs air chambers.
Teh store itself is clean and well laid out, not super showroomy or anythin but it wasnt too busy for a saturday afternoon either which was nice. Walked out knowing exactly what we wanted after years of being stuck on a cheap bed thats gettin lumpy. Cant wait for this thing to arrive, hopfully it holds up as well as the one we test drove in the store”
“Friends of ours were moving to Tokyo and not bringing their furniture. As the items they could not take with them were dispersed, their sofa magically made it to us. We love this piece of furniture. The style does not scream MCM, but does scream “quality” and has an amazing compact footprint. We love it. Durable, attractive and comfortable. Best of all worlds, even if you aren’t specifically looking for MCM and just want a great quality sofa that can potentially fit 4 adults with a very small footprint. This kind of construction and durability are rare now, but worth it!”
