“I’m really impressed with the quality of my US Chandelier. The crystal has a beautiful sparkle and the fixture looks even more elegant in person. It completely elevated the look of my space.”
“We had a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Carl. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured throughout the process. He took the time to understand how we sleep, answered all of our questions, and helped us find the perfect mattress for our needs. We ended up purchasing a Tempur-Pedic, and we feel confident we made the right choice because of Carl’s guidance. He made what could have been an overwhelming decision easy and enjoyable. If you’re shopping for a new mattress, I highly recommend asking for Carl. Excellent customer service from start to finish!”
“Awesome experience making a purchase at Sit 'n Sleep for the first time! Michael in Santa Ana was incredibly helpful. I had no idea exactly what I wanted and he took time to educate me and work with my limited budget. Michael gave me an incredible deal on a quality mattress AND an adjustable base! My bed was delivered and setup over the weekend in 15 minutes…wow! What a pleasurable experience from beginning to end. I can't speak highly enough of Michael and the folks at Sit 'n Sleep. A deal on a bed can be found at many places, but the amazing, honest people at Sit 'n Sleep create customers for life. Thank you Sit 'n Sleep!”
“Cliff was awesome! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect mattress without any pressure. He also gave me a great deal and made the whole experience easy. I highly recommend asking for Cliff if you’re shopping for a mattress!”
“I recently had the pleasure of working with Sean at Natuzzi Editions in Tustin, and I can confidently say it was one of the best furniture shopping experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked into the showroom, Sean was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right piece—not just making a sale. He took the time to understand our space, style preferences, and how we actually live in our home. Instead of overwhelming us with options, he thoughtfully guided us through configurations, leather choices, and comfort levels until we found the perfect fit. What really stood out was his expertise. Sean clearly knows the Natuzzi product line inside and out. He explained the differences in materials, construction, and customization options in a way that was easy to understand and incredibly helpful. His recommendations were honest and practical, and we never felt pressured at any point. Beyond his professionalism, Sean made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He was patient with our questions, attentive to details, and proactive about timelines and delivery expectations. It’s rare to find someone who combines product knowledge, design sense, and genuine customer care so seamlessly. If you’re shopping at Natuzzi Editions in Tustin, do yourself a favor and ask for Sean. He elevates the entire experience and truly represents what exceptional customer service should look like. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase—and it’s all thanks to him.”
“Very informative and friendly as we tried a lot of mattresses in the store. Actually a very good shopping experience and I don’t usually like shopping!”
“Alondra and Sarah were great! They made the process fast and easy and accommodated all our asks. The couches here were by far the best we tested amongst 5 different stores.”
“We were met with helpful and courteous staff. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and provided many suggestions for us to work within our budget. Would buy from again!”
“Thomas at Ortho Mattress was absolutely fantastic to work with! From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between the various mattress options without overwhelming us. You can tell he really understands his products and genuinely wants to help customers find the right fit. What we appreciated most was that Thomas was friendly and approachable, but never pushy. He gave us the space to try out different mattresses while still being available to answer all our questions. It made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable instead of stressful. We also scored an amazing deal during the Presidents’ Day weekend sale, which made the purchase even better. On top of that, delivery was quick and seamless. If you’re shopping at Ortho Mattress, definitely ask for Thomas—you’ll be in great hands!”
“Great discount A lot options for sectionals Simply you can purchase any Ashley furniture, sectionals dining room and the bedroom set with 30% off They are also Ashley dealer”
“My boyfriend and I spent the day furniture shopping, which is always an adventure! We visited a few different furniture stores before stopping at Bob’s, and the difference in customer service was night and day. Kyle helped us, and he truly went above and beyond. I honestly felt bad because I had him running back and forth across the store for nearly two hours, and he never once seemed bothered (I was definitely the one who needed a break!). He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help us find exactly what we were looking for. One of my favorite moments was when he used the shirt he was wearing to help us color-match a rug to the couch we purchased because it was almost the exact same shade. That’s the kind of extra effort that really stands out. Overall, we had an amazing experience at Bob’s. If you’re looking for exceptional customer service, great quality furniture, unbeatable prices, and fast delivery, I can’t recommend them enough. We’ll definitely be back!”
“Jim was amazing! Informative, easy going hands down best sales person I have encountered in a long time. Definitely shop here again based on his friendly demeanor and great attitude”
“We has such a wonderful experience getting our dining set here. Orlando was very helpful and patient. The furniture is very trendy, good quality, and so many varieties. If you are looking for furniture highly recommend you check this place out.”
“Marc Pridmore Interiors is the kind of high-end furnishings showroom that South OC's luxury market deserves. I regularly recommend them to clients moving into larger homes in communities like Mission Viejo, Coto de Caza, and Laguna Hills who want to furnish with quality and taste. Their pieces elevate every room and the design guidance they offer is genuinely valuable for new homeowners.”
“The lady that helped us was extremely kind and efficient and even got us all some delicious cold lemonade. Beautiful new furniture and we can’t wait to get it delivered!!!”
“First time coming in here in this location we saw some good deals on Jerome’s Instagram we are looking for good quality couch! Great ambiance, staff are really nice! Kevin the Manager is very good in explaining things to us! Rj is very welcoming! We will definitely be back”
“We purchased our couch from Ashley off of Edinger and had a great experience. Bruce was very helpful and patient and gave us some pointers about placement that really helped us to make a good choice. He was not selling, but trying to help which is unusual for a sales person. I would recommend Ashley‘s for anyone looking for home furnishing.”
“We just received our sofas, armchairs and coffee tables, and we’re really happy with them! The quality is excellent, the fabric is soft and comfortable, and everything looks beautiful in our space. Delivery was smooth. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. They also helped with professional suggestions for the furniture placement, which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!”

“I had a great ordering experience with Eternity Modern! They provided updates along the way and tracking to follow once the order shipped. I love that I was able to source my own material. Though the process took longer than the quoted lead time, our bench turned out beautiful in a manta ray leather.”
“I really enjoy buying household goods here. There is a wide variety of designs, and the prices are excellent. The showroom layout makes it easy to browse and make a selection. Whenever I plan to buy household items, this is the first place that comes to mind. 👍👍”
“Suzie was excellent in providing her client service and was to explain the purchase of ventilator very well. Would recommend her as sales due to her professionalism.”
“Late review went back in January but I was going through my pictures and I had to share my haul and my experience. I found this spot because I was going a lot to walk at the park near by and I saw it on the map and thought I would check it out on my next walk. Parking was plentiful. It’s a warehouse style shop so you can’t miss the door. It has two floors so I was here a while. I honestly went in thinking it’s vintage so I’m sure everything’s going to be expense but I was so surprised to find items to be very affordable. I took my time and enjoyed every section. I love how they offer wicker baskets to place your items in. I won’t go into detail how many sections they have but trust they have plenty go check them out. Also for beer lovers there are two breweries in the same warehouse just around the corner I highly recommend going before or after. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did 💜”
“I left feeling super relaxed and actually excited about a mattress for once. Tried out a few different models and the adjustable firmness thing is way better than I thought it would be. The consultant was really patient with my wife and I going back and forth on what felt comfiest, she didnt rush us at all while we were debating memory foam vs air chambers. Teh store itself is clean and well laid out, not super showroomy or anythin but it wasnt too busy for a saturday afternoon either which was nice. Walked out knowing exactly what we wanted after years of being stuck on a cheap bed thats gettin lumpy. Cant wait for this thing to arrive, hopfully it holds up as well as the one we test drove in the store”
“Friends of ours were moving to Tokyo and not bringing their furniture. As the items they could not take with them were dispersed, their sofa magically made it to us. We love this piece of furniture. The style does not scream MCM, but does scream “quality” and has an amazing compact footprint. We love it. Durable, attractive and comfortable. Best of all worlds, even if you aren’t specifically looking for MCM and just want a great quality sofa that can potentially fit 4 adults with a very small footprint. This kind of construction and durability are rare now, but worth it!”
“Manny was AMAZINGGGG! We came in not really expecting to get what we wanted, but he made the experience so fun, relatable and being a familiar fellow Latino 🤎 and we left with everything we wanted. He was official with the documentation and the load in into my car, making sure the furniture would be taken care of in good condition. 12/10 would recommend!!!”
“Visiting this mattress store was an outstanding experience. While the quality of the mattresses is well-known, it's Rafael who truly makes the difference. His remarkable intuition and ability to gauge our needs were impressive. He anticipated what we wanted even before we realized it ourselves. In just 45 minutes, we purchased two beds and had a delightful conversation, making the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend not only their mattresses but also Rafael's exceptional service. ---”
“Love this place great selection great price! I’d highly recommend hiring an interior designer to come shop here with you so you don’t get overwhelmed”
“We loved working with them! Needed new desks and Gwen made it all so easy and fun! They have so many options and the quality is Great. They delivered and set it all up! We just placed our second order and will definitely be back! Thank you again!”
Bob's Discount Furniture is growing while its competitors shrink. The Manchester, Connecticut-based retailer reported strong fourth-quarter results in its first earnings call since going public in February, with revenue climbing 8.2% to $648.8 million. Full-year net revenue jumped 16.8% to $2.4 billion, and net income rose to $121.7 million from $87.9 million the prior year. CEO Bill Barton told analysts the company plans to open about 20 new stores in 2026 and sees a path to more than 500 locations by 2035, roughly two and a half times its current 209-store footprint across 26 states.
Wayfair is testing a new, smaller store design. The online home furnishings giant, famous for its endless digital catalog, is trying a different strategy for its physical locations. The company announced plans to open a smaller prototype store in Columbus, Ohio, scheduled for late 2026. Located next to the Polaris Fashion Mall, the new space will span approximately 70,000 square feet.
Online furniture giant Wayfair is setting up shop in Atlanta with plans for a huge 150,000-square-foot store opening in 2026. The new location will take over the former Walmart space at The District at Howell Mill shopping center. This marks Wayfair's second big store, following its first location that opened in Wilmette, Illinois, in May 2024.
