“Went to five mattress/furniture stores in Huntington Beach without any interest. Even went to Cosco and Sam’s Club. Either overpriced or poor quality. Except for HB Mattress. Talking to John, the owner, whose dad made mattresses since the 50’s showed me affordable quality mattresses perfect for my needs. All are locally made - not imported.
This is the place for good prices for excellent products.”
“Having moved into a MCM home a few years ago we had been keen to gradually acquire MCM furnishings. Early on we discovered Casar Modern Furniture in the Atomic Ranch magazine when there was a profile of the company. We liked the story and the furniture and eventually took a look at CMF' online store. Recently it became time to update our love seat as it was tired & a mover had torn part of it. MCM was the way to go for us. We looked at vintage and did not like the idea of needing to fund reupholstering. We have vintage pieces, but are not total devotees. Casara Modern offers the classic MCM look & feel and construction style at a reasonable price. We liked the Clementine sofa for it's size, wood frame with coushions and the choice of textures. We also liked that the frame is attractive from the front and back becuse the back is visible through a large picture window. The process of ordering was smoth and we took our time, ordering swatches for the upholstery first and settling on one we liked, Blue Lagoon. The swatches came right away. Then we got online and ordered the piece. It took a bit longer than estimated to arrive though we were patient as each piece is custom built and the craftsmanship is spectacualr. The finish of the wood is sublime which shows in the deep color and the joinery. We love it as do our friends and the biggist critics in the house.”

“Late review went back in January but I was going through my pictures and I had to share my haul and my experience. I found this spot because I was going a lot to walk at the park near by and I saw it on the map and thought I would check it out on my next walk. Parking was plentiful. It’s a warehouse style shop so you can’t miss the door. It has two floors so I was here a while. I honestly went in thinking it’s vintage so I’m sure everything’s going to be expense but I was so surprised to find items to be very affordable. I took my time and enjoyed every section. I love how they offer wicker baskets to place your items in. I won’t go into detail how many sections they have but trust they have plenty go check them out. Also for beer lovers there are two breweries in the same warehouse just around the corner I highly recommend going before or after. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did 💜”

Being a 75 year old active couple of 53 years, we have been through many Lazy Boys in our days. With this purchase we were lucky enough to meet, learn, laugh and enjoy Louis Bazan, our salesman, over several weeks!
