“I'm staying here right now, and I'm logging in with my review, because I'm so impressed. Small, casual, clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and genuine. Free coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day. I haven't had the breakfast, yet, but I'm sure it'll be perfect. Good food nearby to order for delivery. Great little place. I support privately-owned hotels like this that are making a go of it. Keep up the good work; I'll be back!”

“I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay, and a significant part of that was thanks to Alejandro. He is an exceptionally kind and considerate person who genuinely cares about guests’ comfort and well-being. I am incredibly grateful for his companionship on Christmas Eve—he consistently checked in on me, ensuring that I was feeling good and that everything was going smoothly.
Alejandro is not only friendly but also highly attentive and dedicated to providing excellent service. His warmth and hospitality made me feel welcomed and cared for, turning what could have been a lonely holiday into a heartwarming and memorable experience.
Beyond the outstanding service from Alejandro, the hotel itself was also fantastic. The environment was comfortable, well-maintained, and inviting, creating a truly enjoyable stay. From the excellent facilities to the thoughtful service, everything contributed to a wonderful holiday experience.

“I have to give a huge shout out to Norm at the front desk. Our flight got canceled by Alaksa at 9:48pm, they told us there was a reservation for us at a different hotel, by the time we got there, that hotel said they were at capacity and turned us away.
I looked up hotels close to John Wayne Airport and found this Best Western. I called to see their availability since it was 1130pm. Norm answered and was just starting his shift he told me they had a room available and took my information over the phone. We arrived in the next 30 minutes and he got me all checked in and took a weeks worth of luggage up to our room so I could carry my sleeping 7 year old. He told me to leave the luggage cart outside the door after I unloaded it and he would come back up for it. The cart was gone in the morning. I only got 5 hours of sleep thanks to Alaska, but Norm got me a taxi to the airport in the morning and was just so friendly and helpful. I was at my breaking point and he helped me get through it with a smile on my face.
THANK YOU, NORM!!!! You were truly the most friendly, helpful person in this debacle and I so appreciate you! ?

“Very nice accommodation. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, with fresh towels. Air conditioning, a large TV, and Wi-Fi are, of course, included. The hotel has a beautiful pool and a hot tub.
It is located right by the main road. The beach is 10 minutes away by car.
I recommend it!!!”

“This place is easy going and fun and has amenities and is centrally located to quite a few places. There's plenty of restaurants and nightlife around easy to stay entertained or get all your shopping needs done in the area. Also this place is more like a apartment then a hotel. Totally not luxury however you get what you pay for and it's a good bargain especially for extended stays.”
“Love this place, reasonable prices and clean & quiet.I posted that a while back and we are here again for 3 days, it's always a wonderful place to stay. Always our 1st choice when home.Rooms: Good size...Nearby activities: A bit of everything for everyone...Safety: Lock your car and make sure you don't leave your doors open...Walkability: Close to alot of places to eat, shop and drink... it's Costa Mesa for christ sake people.Food & drinks: Various varieties to choose from... there's a diverse selection.Noteworthy details: It's a very nice place to visit or stay when you're in town and to be honest... it's more reasonable than any other place around. It's clean, the rooms are better than good size, it's close to shopping and entertainment, there are good bars and various restaurants to choose from that are within a short walking distance and it's quite. What else can you ask for... Really. ??”

“Sarena brings great customer service to the motel six staff team and deserves a raise. She is very kind, patient and dedicated to her job,very lovely person. I booked a room through a third party and my reservation didn't show up in the system and she worked hard and diligently to make sure that I got my room. “Nice premium and clean hotel within driving distance to Downtown LA. The staff are nice and they greeted me with a smile when I checked in. The beds are comfortable and I slept well on them. But there’s no microwave in the room and you have to call the front desk to request it.”

“I like this place clean room comfortable bed the location is exceptional so close to the beach restaurants bars and entertainment we go to triangle square and some of those places and have fun you don’t wanna make the drive from what you’re paying it’s all worth it the management family was nice to us ? I don’t used the pool I just rest it’s not a resort , Good deal ! Great location”

“I've stayed here multiple times. Some rooms have terrible lighting! And most showers have no pressure. And the water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold constantly, as if someone keeps flushing the toilet!! So if you like taking hot showers be careful, you might end up with second-degree burns!! ? Besides that everything was peachy!”
