“I tried to buy a firm memory foam mattress but instead I paid for the wrong mattress that costs the same measurements are the same I only messed up with the firmness of it so next day I called costumer service and the lady was very polite and helpful told me to go to the store and just tell them I called earlier to costumer service to fixed my mistake and when I got to the store costumer service said they couldn't do anything about it so the told me to go ask to the delivery guys and they told me to go back C.Service well they didn't help me not even check the code I got from the earlier C. Service so they couldn't do anything so I had to call back to customer service and they refunded me the money and I had to buy the mattress online once again but those guys on the front the so called*"C Service"* doesn't treat me as a customer should be treated”

“We are very happy with our new adjustable bed frame. We have a platform bed with drawers so we needed a special zero clearance frame. This frame was easy to install and easy to use. My back loves this frame!!! We had a small issue which was resolved quickly by the store. We ordered on a Monday and it was delivered the following Wednesday (10 days) - considering that the East Coast was dealing with Hurricane Henri this was pretty good.
I think the people who have had long delivery times should probably have an issue with FedEx rather than Blissful Nights.”
