“What a tremendous and delightful experience we had here yesterday at Classic Trails.
Our dog Priscila 3yrs old we rescued
3 months ago Extremely timmed & shy doesn't like men getting better.
Made an appointment with Inna and her husband both are incredibly friendly they explained what procedure the will performing in detail on Priscila.
The both meet us at the door Priscila was extremely nervous handed her to Inna and she said we will make her very conformable
They call 3 1/2hrs later brought Priscila out and she look absolutely Amazing what they achieved was beyond words.
Looking very CUTE. This TEAM performs,quality work,reliable and very professional all at a reasonable price.We will Definitely Return”
“If the most amazing selection and variety of pet food is what you seek then save yourself the insult of going to a big chain pet store and find better food, cheaper at Pet Club. It is hidden behind a couple businesses (play it again sports and a dispensary). Still can't find it? It is directly across the street from Costco and worth the small effort of finding it. Check it out and tell me if I'm not right. Take note of their prices on litter or a toy or some catnip or some puppy pads and then go across the street and compare it to the shopping experience at Pet Smart and see if I'm not right! Go to those other places to buy a hamster. Get your litter and feed at Pet Club. Go see for yourself ..”

“Be been coming here on and off for a couple years. They helped me so much back when I had an animal that was super sensitive to foods. They were so patient with me and every person was awesome. I bought treats, food, beds and travel carriers here and everyone had good advice for me. Fast forward 2 years and I needed help with grooming supplies for a dog with sensitive skin and sensitive owners (my nose). Jorge spent extra time helping me and sharing his personal experience with his own dog of the same breed. I come all the way down 3 towns away for this place because they are worth it. I don't need it person but they have a dog washing station here.”

“Kyle worked with me and my dog Cambeaux for the first time. It blew my mind how many things I was doing wrong and how many I was doing right when I trained my dogs. I went home and tried the rules that he mentioned, and already I notice the difference. Immediately, I signed up to bring my other rescue dog, Keeley in for training. I bought six lessons to work with Cambeaux (my shy guy Chiweenie) and six lessons to work with Keeley (my party girl JackChi). I am so excited to continue working with Kyle to find out how good I can get and how good my dogs can get.”

“2 dogs 1) just nails 2) bath 1) Melissa worked really well on dog #1. she was in and out in under 10 minutes. (closer to 5, but It took me some time to pay the invoice). 2) Aiko was wonderful with my scaredy dog. my dog's coat was clean, shiny and his skin was free of debris. they were lovely and communicative. melissa was especially kind when we had to remove our recently deceased dog from the list of our brood.”

“Went in today for a leopard gecko. Met amazing staff. One was a cashier and the other worked on the floor cleaning tanks and with tons of information about reptiles. So glad petco now has better staff. Remember petco staff will do anything management tells them to do. Don’t lose these amazing staff members. Fix your management.”
“This PetSmart is conveniently located in the same shopping strip as Marshall's, Sports Basement, and Target (and shares a parking lot with Trader Joes and many more shops...suburbia!). I'm surprised to read all the negative reviews. I only went in to buy a crate and a few supplies for my puppy (note: we did not use the grooming services). Found a crate (a puppy den), a gate, a collar/harness/lead, and training treats. The treats, toys, food, and other supplies were all well-stocked. The employee at check-out was pleasant. The gate didn't work for us, so I went back a few days later to return it, and that was quick and easy. I definitely like to support the smaller local pet shops, but this was the right stop for a crate. Thanks!”
