“I would reccomend coming to this pharamcy over any other pharamcy in Rohnert Park or Santa Rosa. Barbara, Lynn, and Ms. Dulce are wonderful. I moved to Norcal 3 years ago. The ladies at this pharamcy go above and beyond and have always done the best they can to help me and my family of 7. My kids love to go to the pharamacy and say hi even when we are just shopping in Target. If you have to chose a pharamacy in Rohnert Park hands down this one. Check the hours close a little earlier then I would like the staff is so helpful and welcoming that I drive past 3 other pharamcies to go to this one!!!! They always have everything ready on time and make everything so easy for me. So grateful for them.”

“I don't know why there's such a low score. The pharmacy is far better than CVS. They are very kind and helpful when you need help. The store is so much cleaner than CVS in our town. I used to love going into CVS when it was in the Redwood Plaza, but the new one is always filthy and disgusting. I much prefer Rite Aid. They have what I need here in terms of sundries and pharmacy needs. Big bonus if you are a visitor; postcards are only $.25 lol”

“Dollar drug has been compounding my BHRT for years, and its always been fantastic service. Recently, I went on vacation and realized with horror, that I forgotten an important medication that normally takes a week to prepare and to add even more stress, my Dr. was out of the office that day. The pharmacist at Dollar went out of his way to get me an emergency dose that I could pick up that day, and they didn't even charge me! I was completely blown away and will forever sing Dollar Drug's praises!”
“Today I brought in my vehicle for a tire repair. I got a call from Royce informing me that due to the custom black valve stem cover he would not be able to do the repair because the valve stem cover was too long, preventing him from filling my tire back up with air. Jason, Royce and I worked together on the phone to determine a solution and they recommended that they change the valve stem cover so that they can complete the repair. The level of service and professionalism I received from Jason and Royce was EXCEPTIONAL. Every time I have brought in our vehicles for new tires or a tire repair the level of service is always excellent. My family and I will continue to use Costco Tire for all our tire needs, and thanks again for always being awesome!”

“I normally wait to write a review. But I needed to share. A shout out to Lisa for helping me feel safe today. And all the others. Rose and all others. Sorry I have forgotten everyone's names. And also a fellow merchant. Teresa. There was a very unhappy man. And he acting out. I unfortunately have suffered something from the past. So it was much harder on myself. And all CVS cared about was protecting everybody else. They took charge contacted the authorities. Which all was taken care of quickly. This is my second time in the store. I love how nice they are and helpful. Today they went over and above. I am forever grateful to you all”

“I was having issues with looking up my insurance and the people here did suggest using a different number that I needed to get from the main account holder. It turned out that I was just using the wrong number and with their suggestion I was able to use my insurance to cover the cost of both my COVID and flu shot. Also before my appointment they were nice enough to call me ahead to ask for my insurance and tell me how much the shots would cost without insurance. Aside from this experience I have also never had any issues with this pharmacy when I was getting my prescription filled with them monthly.”

“I'm confused by what all the other reviewers are complaining about. It's a FREE public clinic. You're only getting basic health care and the wait is under 45 minutes. It takes about two weeks to get an appointment. Plan ahead. The staff are fluently bilingual and handle themselves professionally. Switching between languages all day is mentally exhausting and they can't always do it with a smile. There are noisy children running all over the place. It's a FAMILY medical clinic. That means sick children are accepted as they are. Practice a little patience and understanding while you wait.”

“I have been going to CVS and before they became CVS (Longs). I worked next door at Northbay Savings and was in there almost every day for something. Everyone always knew me and the service was wonderful. It is just like that now. Troy was always helpful and I am glad he is still there. All the employees know me and are very helpful. It is ALWAYS a pleasure to go into the store.”

“Me, my wife, and our daughter were there to pick up prescription last Wednesday evening. This was not gonna be an ordinary prescription pickup because the cost should be covered by my wife's Disability Insurance. We were told over the phone by Rite Aid pharmacy that if my wife's Disability Insurance confirms the prescription.. There will be no copay. If they don't get a confirmation.. there will be an $80 copay. Well... previous experiences from my wife's Disability Insurance company made me think that we will be paying the copay and then hopefully get a refund from that company later on. I was ready to pay the copay when we were told by the Pharmacist that she called my wife's Disability Insurance company and she was able to confirm the prescription. We were all pleasantly surprised and I just wanna say "thank you" again to the very nice Pharmacist at this Rite Aid. In my opinion, everybody is overworked everywhere and she could have chosen not to make the extra phone call but she still did and she saved us the work of calling that company and getting a refund.”

“Picked up 4 to 5 items today, and when I got to checkout a gentleman named Jack said he could ring me up. He was incredibly patient and thorough. We updated my rewards address and when I told him a brief story about how I ended up at the previous address, he was caring and sensitive! This was possibly the best customer care experience that I have ever been through at a Walgreens, therefore, I was compelled to write about Jack. He was simply great!!”
