“Tool Shed Studios came highly recommended by several of my musician friends. After getting to know Gibbs a bit through a few conversations, I was very excited to set up some recording sessions for my band Neverland. The gear was top of the line and his vast experience was very evident from the start. He had separate conversations with each musician about process, gear, and approach to recording. So far, we have had one weekend session which was amazing, and are continuing the production of our 10 song album. On top of all the experience as a recording engineer, he also provided a lot of great advice on marketing and song/album release strategy. Really went above and beyond to help us- we forgot the expired passport and were not going to make it by the 3PM passport walk-in time. He told us to go home and get it even told me to not drive fast, that he will help us get our paper in. Really appreciate appreciate his patience.”
“I dropped off an important letter for certified mail and they ended up losing it. However the manager was apologetic and told me that they were truly sorry and they try to hit the 100% percent mark and that they would refund me for it. Which they ended up doing! The service was great and he came out right away and even investigated what happened. The service was quick for sending out a letter! It cost almost $5 for certified mail.”
“The supervisor went above and beyond to help locate my package on a Saturday even after the post office was closed turns out I put the wrong unit # on my package. It helps when u have a tracking # thank you to the carrier who went back to the location to get my package I know it was a hot day and you guys work extremely hard.”
“I liked things better when the lobby was open 24 hours, but it becomes difficult to retrieve mail from my P.O. Box when they do not open the doors on time. Do not have packages delivered there, unless you plan on visiting often.”

“Ever time I come here it's usually busy. They are usually pretty quick. I occasionally mail things to Guam and sometimes I could take a few minutes. Sending things to guam can be somewhat complicated. You can use flat rate boxes yet you have to fill out a customs form. Lots of parking, reps are really nice. They have an affluent supply of cards and mailing elements. I like to come here once in a blue when it's necessary.”
