“I want to highlight Ranjan’s outstanding customer service at this USPS location. All the staff out here is very courteous in general but I only happened to get on Ranjan's counter for most of my visits. Her courteous, professional, and friendly approach makes every visit a pleasant experience. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel valued and supported, leaving a positive impression every time. I sometimes drive out of the way to this location as it is always a pleasant experience.”

He told us to go home and get it even told me to not drive fast, that he will help us get our paper in. Really appreciate appreciate his patience.”

In the past I have always had an very nice Asian guy who is friendly, fast and very professional. I have never had to wait in line at this location. I do wish they were open more hours.”

“I dropped off an important letter for certified mail and they ended up losing it. However the manager was apologetic and told me that they were truly sorry and they try to hit the 100% percent mark and that they would refund me for it. Which they ended up doing! The service was great and he came out right away and even investigated what happened. The service was quick for sending out a letter! It cost almost $5 for certified mail.”

“Wanda provided exceptional service when I visited this USPS location! I needed to mail some incredibly important visa documents that required a return tracking number. While another staff member briefly told me to just figure it out online by myself, Wanda stepped in with amazing patience and taught me exactly how to do it step-by-step. When I returned a second time to check on my package status, she was just as friendly, helpful, and patient as before. USPS needs more employees like her!”

“This is a post office, it is tiny and staffed by 1 employee at the time we visited, seems like a good place to have a PO box, as we saw many people picking up their mail that way the day we visited. We came to get our passports renewed and the employee knew her way around a passport renewal.”

“The supervisor went above and beyond to help locate my package on a Saturday even after the post office was closed turns out I put the wrong unit # on my package. It helps when u have a tracking # thank you to the carrier who went back to the location to get my package I know it was a hot day and you guys work extremely hard.”
“I don't know if they will see this review but thank you so much for helping me today! I had a great experience at this USPS. I have an important mail that was mailed to my old address by accident. Once I placed a ticket on USPS main website, this local post office contacted me within an hour and was able to resolve my concern within the next hour and I was able to come pick it up without any issue the next day! Everyone was helpful and friendly!”

“Knowledgeable and efficient staff at San Jose's First Street at St. James Park office!
I was doing a change of address for my recently deceased parents and their recently closed business.
I had all the documents specified on the USPS website. The staff member had both parents individually forwarded, and the company forwarded while leaving the live-in helper's mail going to my parents house until the helper moves out.
Maybe 10 minutes for all three changes. Wow.”
