“I have been with Arrowhead Credit Union in Crestline for about 28 years and have mostly had a positive experience. Even though they are going through an upgraded website application change that has had some issues, I give them 4 stars because in every new application, regardless of the institution, there is always a learning curve. The only issue I ever had with my money at this institution was with some bonds I bought from them and which I misplaced. They couldn't help me recover the bonds and that was a disappointment but other than that, I have been treated with the utmost care and respect.”

“My friend from the San Francisco area said this was the best Thai cuisine she has had. It was excellent, tasty, well seasoned. The week days at the Lake are slow, so the service was fast and efficient. Weekends are crowded. Host and server were very friendly and professional. The meal arrived quickly. It was presented nicely and was hot. Sauces were served with the meal and were very good. I will definitely return.”

“I have been banking with Alta Vista Credit Union and became a member in 2009. I have to say that from the get-go- I was treated very well. I have enjoyed a great relationship at both the Rialto and the Redlands branches. There was only one employee that was a bit stiff and brisk in her demeanor- but she didn't last long- and - for the most part- every single teller has taken time with me- even with the most simple transactions. I have had great help with getting things notarized - again- kind and accomodating. On a couple occasions I couldn't reconcile my account and they helped me figure out my error. One employee really didn't have the time to help me and made a suggestions, which I applied and my error was discovered. She had spent more than an hour helping me though- I can't complain about that. I have had a stop payment -simply because my mail was stolen with a ck attached. They were kind enough to waive the fee- Such a kindness! In the beginning, I took on an auto loan- to which I never had a single problem with the account and paid it off in 4 years. I borrowed money a few years ago and again- there wasn't any difficulty in getting the money. I have and will continue to Praise this Credit Union and recommend it to others. I have two friends who opened accounts as a result and they are happy with their experiences. I am sadly moving soon and there won't be an Alta Vista - where I am going. I have to say that I will be very sad to not have them to rely upon. My review is better than great- It is just beyond words. To have a bank in which you can trust and feel confident in how they handle my money is just huge. Thank you Alta Vista for all the years of service to me.”

She is a great asset to the organization. And I feel I would be more comfortable at this institution to handle Anything? “I have been with this Bank for the entire time I have lived on the mountain over 15 years. Of course it use to be Union Bank. Most of the same people are still there and they have always always been kind to me. The only thing I don’t love are the fees for too many transactions on my business account . But that might be because I do numerous transactions a month. That will change soon hopefully since they offered me a business credit card. That should reduce the amount of transactions per month. Otherwise, the most customer friendly people I know. They take their time explaining every process to me on whatever I inquire about and always invite me to call or come back if I need more information for anything. They know me by name and I hear them greet many others by name as well. I just opened a new business account with them. I wouldn’t think of anyone else. Smart, friendly, and kind.”

“I beg to differ with those for whatever reasons had a or even some bad experiences in their dealings with B of A.I on the other hand remember on several occasions where people in different branches went beyond their obligations to me as a customer to help me simply because of the caring people they are.For instance I once had a bad reaction to a new medication and collapsed while waiting in a long banking line and not only did the branch manager run to my assistance; but also put me in his personal car and drove me home and stayed untill he finished talking to and fully recanting what had occurred while I was standing in line at his branch.His reactions were far above and beyond his duties and obligations and treated me with joy and concern when I returned to his branch another day.To me his actions were an act of kindness and concern for another human being but went far beyond his duties as branch manager and to this day I still thank and appreciate him and B of A for their great service over the years !”
