“I love the efficiency of this DHL outlet. After researching several locations wherein I could trust my family's precious documents to send out overseas, THIS place consistently answered the phones for questions BY the owner himself AND it felt safe that he has had an ongoing relationship with DHL for 20+ years! Other DHL outlets closer to where I live never answered their phones or had questionable dependability. In the middle of a busy work day, it was worth it driving the extra few miles.”

I returned an Amazon item and the staff was so helpful. She showed me how to find my return on the Amazon app. She was patient and had great customer service energy. “The nicest people in town own this business. They are so helpful and kind. I have had a mailbox here for at least 10 years. Even when I moved out the area I still kept my box here because of the customer service. When I moved back to town I was glad I kept it because the word was out that this is the place to do business. I absolutely adore Tim and Marry Tess. Now their children work there too and they are the sweetest. The apple did not fall far from the tree. If you need a mailbox, copy service, or if your mailing something off, please go here and do business with them, you will be glad you did.”

“The only thing I really use UPS for is returning Amazon packages now and then and I've been to this store a couple time and got in and out relatively quick. There's never been a line here that I've seen, not to say it doesn't happen because other UPS stores I've been to always have long lines. But so far so good. “Convenient and easy-to-use UPS shopping. It's located in Palos Verdes Mall, which is a small little shopping center in an otherwise residential area. Not a lot of traffic and hassles getting in or out, and this particular location isn't really busy so the service efficiency is very good. And it is just as good as going to any other UPS shipping location.”

“Once I walked in, they greeted me. They also said that they were having system issues and made me aware of the delays. But once the other agent was available, they got me in and out with ease.”
“A much smaller post office with only one worker in the front but you'll get the customer experience that is severely lacking at all the other nearby post offices. The postal worker today was amazing. She was very nice - explained everything with detail and patience when I had questions. This office is a little more out-of-the-way for me, but I'll be using it regularly.”
“I must have been lucky or timed my visit right--I was the only one in line and was even more fortunate to have a very professional, polite, knowledgeable and patient employee who completed my transaction in a timely and informative manner. “I don't usually comment on places but I experienced my first male Karen moment. It was thrilling. So thrilling that I fumbled with my phone and only caught the last part as he did his walk of shame out of the door as everyone was left in silence. This man clomped up to the counter and the woman working, Phoung, kindly greeted him and asked him what he needed. The man cut her off and said, I DONT NEED YOU TO ASK ME ANYTHING. I DON'T NEED STAMPS. I JUST NEED YOU TO DO WHAT I ASK YOU TO!! He spoke to her like they were in the middle of a heated argument. This woman, mind you, had her scale to weigh packages malfunction, her computer decided that it didn't want to work anymore and had to restart it working ALL BY HERSELF on a Friday around lunchtime. She really wanted to do a good job so she managed to work it out while the line grew. If anyone reading this were spoken to the way he did you would've had to use all your God given strength not to go nuclear, hop over that counter and made him eat those words. I was on the side ready to say something but Phoung had it covered. She responded in kind with the addition of respect saying, I just asked what you needed so there wouldn't be any misunderstandings!! Then SHE apologized for the miscommunication for reasons unknown. Be kind people or you might just run into someone who will give it right back to you. Thanks Phoung!”

“One of the few post offices I went when I felt they were diligent and fast. No queues, no hassle, .... They keep putting some of my mail into my neighbor, though. But besides that, no problem whatsoever. There is also a big enough parking.”
