“Great experience at this hardware store! I needed to buy some plumbing supplies for a home repair project, and the staff were incredibly helpful in guiding me through my options. The quality of the pipes, fittings, and sealants was top-notch, and I was pleased with the reasonable prices. Great value for money!”
530 E 33rd St, Long Beach CA 90807
“This was a nice store.I hadn't been to one since I was in Ft.Worth and they're all nicely stocked with knowledgeable employees. I just bought a Phillip head screw driver and a box cutter to install/my new California license plates. They had a car battery charger i was interested in but didn't have the money. I think keeping a car battery charger is a good backup to keep from calling AAA,or to help others..Ill check out their sales online, they have them quite frequently.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Brown Bolt & Nut in Paramount. Joe helped me out and provided excellent customer service he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s not always easy to get good help when searching for specific parts, but Joe made the process quick and stress free. Definitely recommend this place if you need bolts, nuts, or hardware and want great service!”

“For a place 10 times smaller than "Home Depo" or "Any Huge Garden and home Center ".They really have just about everything a large "Garden Center/ Home Inprovment”
501 W Valley Blvd, San Gabriel CA 91776
“I went to buy a bottle of self-spray paint. The two cashiers I met at the checkout were very nice and provided enthusiastic service. I happened to have 1 dollar left in my wallet, so I gave her a tip. I was very satisfied with her service. But the young male salesperson was very impatient. He kept complaining from the beginning when I asked him about the color of the self-paint. Although I couldn't understand what he said, it felt like the customer owed him eight hundred dollars.”

“Well, it has things at a very good price compared to Home Depot and well organized. There are some tools that are not good quality, but if they get you out of an emergency, for example, if I use a drill that costs less than 60 dollars and Home Depot costs 130 and I don't have money, it's a good option for me, I'm 60”

I loved the quick response which then led me to go to the location to get my 5lb co2 tank filled. The service was fast got in and out in about 15 min there were 2 customers before me. I Will likely come back if I get another tank or when my current one empties in a year or so.”

“A great place to buy low priced tool, mainly made in China. They have two or three brand levels to choose from, with their premium brand offering Lifetime Guarantees. I bought some plumbing pipe wrenches ony last trip and they saved me about 60% over similar wrenches from Home Depot, etc. Harbor Freight often has regular weekly and monthly sales, so pick up their sale flyers or check their website for info.”

“I recently was thinking about my favorite experiences with my dad growing up, and I remembered this local hardware store that my dad would take me to when he was doing home repairs or building something. I now live in a different state and wondered if it was still there. It's been 40 years, and I am shocked and thrilled to find out that a place that helped shape my future and built so many memories still exists. Thanks for some of the best memories.”

“I got hooked up with an Occidental belt and pouches. I brought my gear into the store so that Edwin and I could fill in the gaps in my current tool belt. I ended up keeping my Klein 2.5” lineman’s pouch, an Atlas 46 hammer holder, and an Atlas 46 drill holster. Everything else, I swapped. I’m a large dude with intentions to lose weight, so buying a pricey leather belt online would’ve been riskier than making the drive out to see them in person. There’s an armed guard outside the store, which was comforting. The staff was friendly, 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to square away their kit. I live in North County San Diego, so thirty bucks worth of gas gave me peace of mind knowing I got to try on every piece of gear before buying it. Keep in mind that only a portion of the store’s back wall is dedicated to tool bags; most of the space is devoted to selling all things Milwaukee, Makita, and Klein. The store itself is about the size of a CVS pharmacy, but every square foot oozes quality. The checkout area, usually reserved for bubble gum, featured a classy bucket filled with Makita bit holders and Milwaukee impact-rated sockets. It’s like a bourgeois gun store for screwdrivers. Gear in photo: • Occidental black canvas bolt bag • Occidental tapered tool holster • Occidental Electrician’s Tool Case • Occidental 2” leather work belt I also got an Occidental belt-worn tape clip—it just wasn’t in the photo. Tools: • Klein: diagonal cutters, needle-nose pliers, wire strippers, lineman’s pliers, 11-in-1 screwdriver • Milwaukee: 14-in-1 ratcheting screwdriver, demo flathead, smooth-face 19 oz hammer • Ridgid: impact driver”
