“Wow! A week ago, I stopped by the Macy's store in Culver City, for the first time since moving here last year. I was looking for a bed skirt.
Tonya in the linen department suggested I leave my contact, should she come across what I am looking for. And sure enough, she followed through with a call yesterday evening to say she has one.
Bed skirts are not easy to find. So, I appreciate her taking the time to be mindful in looking for what I had been looking for.”
“I had an excellent experience at Nordstrom Rack. The store is impeccably clean, creating a pleasant and organized shopping environment. The staff are exceptionally welcoming—always smiling, attentive, and ready to assist at a moment’s notice. Whenever I asked for help, they responded promptly and with genuine care. Parking is also a breeze—there’s plenty of space, making it easy to get in and out. Overall, the atmosphere is upbeat, and I left feeling truly satisfied with my visit.”
“The service in the pick up order/ return area was good but the store was very warm. Which make it uncomfortable to shop or stand in line, On the flip side the manager was very accommodating with accepting my return which was a few days past the 60 days policy so I am grateful for that. They didn't have a lot of boys underwear in 5T or 6T but I'll order online once I get home.”
“Staff were nice and helpful. Store was pretty busy and I couldn’t find one of the things that I came in for. A nice young lady stopped what she was doing so she could open a box for me and grab a hello kitty.When I got to the register, I asked for one of the Sanrio blind boxes that were on display but the sealed boxes were not out for purchase. This sweet man and his coworker went to get a box from overstock so that I can purchase. I am grateful for his patience and assistance. Thank you Josue and Matt. You guys made my night!”

“I went to Finish Line for a shoe that was on sale, they had the shoe but not in my size. The sales associate Cesar C. checked for that shoe and made suggestions of other shoes. He was patient with all of my request and changes.I was ready to buy another shoe but he found a shoe in my size in the system. He did everything to save the sale and to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Cesar assisted me online to purchase the shoe that I really wanted, in my size, on sale and with free delivery. Cesar provided excellent customer service. Thank you Cesar!”
“Yes, the place is a bit dirty, the employees/owner(s) can be a bit brash at times, but as long as you're just there to shop and go about your business, it's a great shop. They have all sorts of odd, and unique things, among other useful household items that are well-priced. And despite the name being "99¢ Depot" which may seem misleading, the prices are fair in my opinion. The receipts now say "Dollar Plus Depot" as the name which is more accurate so they may be in the process of changing their name. Despite the shortcomings, it's a great place to find craft supplies, cheap tools, organizers, kitchenware, and other basics that can cost a fortune at department stores or can only be found online.”
“The highlight of this experience was Dr. Choe. She is warm, approachable, and highly knowledgeable, and she immediately makes you feel comfortable. I’m not usually a fan of medical appointments, but with the right provider, it can actually be a positive experience—and she definitely delivers that.

I would have put five stars but lately there has been more shoplifters walking out the store with massive amounts of stuff. It's noticeable that employees and managers are upset that these people could get away with stealing and return back for more.”
